This truly was a home away from home. The location was excellent, beach access is straight across the road, convenience store and bus stop are a 2 min. walk away, and the house is located away from prevailing winds. The lush, private, expansive yard, added to the paradise vibe. Everything we needed was there, right down to a beach bag and beach blanket, plenty of beach and bath towels and full laundry facilities.We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!

House is stunning and in the best spot. Shipwreck bar is a short walk for evening sunsets.Cristine is a great host and made our stay 10/10. Highly recommend

This was our fourth trip to Rarotonga but our first experience renting a house and it couldn’t have been simpler. The house itself was fantastic, it was fully equipped with everything you could need including huge canisters of filtered water. Drinking the water was a concern of mine and I thought we were going to have to spend a fortune on bottled water so this was a wonderful surprise. It was clean, comfortable, and private. We would definitely stay here again.

Couple steps from the beach.Aircon added to the other two bedrooms since last year.minor repairs on taps,windows etc has enhanced the stay Cristine,so thankyou for that.

This is the most equipped house I’ve stayed at, it has everything you need and more, Great shop just down the road, very private property and beautiful garden, only meters across the road from the quiet beach, we swam every day,
So private and spacious
We got married on the beach across the road it was beautiful

This house had everything we needed for a family stay. Would 100% recommend.Across the road from the beach, a minute from supermarket and ice cream, and stocked with more than just the essentials- like a home not just a house. The fenced yard was great for privacy and kids' running around.We had a great stay.

Perfectly set up for families

We absolutely loved our stay here and it was perfect for us. It was clean and well appointed and a walk across the road to a perfect swimming and snorkeling spot.

Excellent Hideaway

What a gem of a place. Comfortable and clean with all amenities on a secluded section and so close to a stunning lagoon. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of a holiday in Rarotonga.

Vet nice well appointed house and lovely enclosed peaceful garden. Loved the art on the walls and enjoyed swimming and snorkelling in the lagoon across the road.

What can i say, Kavera house is absolutely amazing, stayed 2 years ago and seeing how much work has gone into the home this tome we stayed is awesome. Great swimming literally 20 meters from tge front gate, shops and quick bites a 2 minute walk. All and all a fabulous house great hosts and already looking forward to bokking with them again

Great location and accomodation

We enjoyed a lovely week at Kavera Beach house. A really comfortable stay, with all the amenities that you need in a great location. 1 min walk to a lovely beach good for swimming. Easy access to the shops down the road, and Shipwreck Bar just a short stroll for cocktails on the beach. A lovely stay and would definitely be back.

Quite, comfortable and cozy.

Has just what you need and nothing you don't. Our family of four were completely comfortable here and the proximity to the beach, conveniences and shops is nice. We would definitely book again.

Excellent snorkeling

We normally stay in Muri so was a nice change, sadly a few mosquitos on the patio ghat were annoying.. otherwise was a brill place with great snorkeling.

beautiful house great location

We loved our stay in the Kavera Beach House. Cristine was really easy to work with throughout the booking - responsive and accommodating. Local host Fiona took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is right across from a pristine, almost empty beach. Would definitely stay here again if we ever had the opportunity.
