It has a massive back yard that meanders to the ocean. If the kids are there, you can go in the other direction to the homes fully enclosed private courtyard/garden. The main living area is very spacious with ample room in the lounge and dining area, and also a generous open plan entertainers kitchen. The kitchen also has a walk in pantry, once the shopping's done, you'll never have to leave.

Past the kitchen, down the hall are where the bedrooms are, the master bedroom is big with sliding doors and views of the ocean and ensuite. Carry on there are the two other bedrooms, one has a queen, one has 2 singles, a media room has a comfy sofa for game time and the common bathroom and shower.
