This is a cosy, comfortable cottage- elevated with a north facing aspect, fringed by native bush. It is a modest home with everything you need. A lovely deck with spectacular views through the old Pohutukawa trees to the beautiful Poor Knights Islands.
Enjoy it in the summer or curl up by the fire in the winter.
It is set on nine acres of land and has grazing if you want to bring your horse.
There is access to a private beach through a steep bush walk.
Only minutes away are beautiful white sandy safe beaches suitable for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, diving,sailing, fishing and surfing.
There are many places to walk including the TeAraroa trail.
There is no shortage of things to do.
Special conditions:
The owners request no smoking in the house.
Price is for the maximum of 6 persons. Any extra guests or pets on request.
