Country cottage with stunning views of the rural land and hills

Central Park Cottage has had a long term tenant since the beginning of Covid, but we are now opening up for your enjoyment- February 2026. You will note that there have been no recent reviews because of the long term tenancy.

Central Park Cottage is a place to make memories. Your hosts have recently semi-retired from sheep and beef farming and are keen to share their special property with you. We are well travelled and enjoy meeting new people but at the same time will respect your privacy. Our rolling farmland is a haven for native birds with extensive plantings of native plants, which you are free to walk around and enjoy. Within 10 minutes of our property ,you can enjoy Canopy Tours, Agrodome, Mitai Maori Experience, Skyline/Luge and Agroventures to name a few. A little further afield is the stunning Redwood Forest, well known for mountain biking and walking trails. There are so many fantastic places to visit and so much fun to be had that it is not possible to list them all. The Ngongataha Village is a short 5 minute drive. The Village has numerous food outlets and a well supplied supermarket. The Village has a number of other shops to cater for your needs.We also have ample parking for your boat
We are happy to have a baby stay in the cottage and have available for your use a portacot and highchair upon request.
We can also provide guests with bikes/ helmets for your enjoyment.
