Ranch house on a quiet hill located an equal distance to downtown Hendersonville and downtown Asheville. Feel of the country but with all conveniences nearby. Relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit with mountain views. Visit Sierra Nevada (4 min) for a tour of the brewery and some fabulous food! Other nearby locations include WNC Agricultural Center, Riveter, Ingles Grocery Store, Asheville Airport, Mills River Town Center, Mills River Creamery, Waterfalls at Dupont State Park, access the Parkway in just a few miles, and more!

Great Family Christmas Place

Hosted the family here for Christmas week. Host made it especially cozy with her Christmas decorations. Comfortable drive to Asheville throughout the week. Would stay here again.

Wonderful country setting with access to Asheville

We had a very enjoyable stay in this comfortable home. We used the hot tub every evening after a day's outing at the Arboretum or the River Arts District or hiking in the nearby magnificent mountains. The cows across the street were a definite plus!

Great Family Get Away

The home was a wonderful spot for our family to explore the Blue Ridge Mountains, Biltmore and Asheville. We loved the farm setting! It is close to a really nice, friendly super market. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing the house was excellent and very clean. The location was perfect tons of hiking, biking, tubing all very close and much more. The area is absolutely beautiful and would definetely recommend staying here! The house was also stocked with coffee some small snacks and clean towels!

Birthday !

Spent my 22nd birthday in asheville and this was the perfect place to stay ! I wanted a nice calm place to rest and hang out at with my best friend and my boyfriend and it was amazing. i loved the hot tub and back patio area and the house was beautiful. She even left me a little birthday basket for my stay ! Would definitely rent again!

Great vacation

Very comfy and clean home with a big hot tub and cows across the street. What is not to love? The greater Asheville area is fun with plenty of art, music and beer. This home is away from the noise bit still in a great location to drive to Asheville and Brevard. Owners are great communicators.

Perfect for Girls Trip

My mom, sister, and I stayed during our trip to visit Biltmore. It was conveniently located near our airport. It’s a perfect little farmhouse with green pastures and cows across the street. We were comfortable and really enjoyed the hot tub. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was wonderful and we really enjoyed the property! Rebekkah and Scott were great hosts and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed having coffee/tea in the morning on the front porch and enjoyed soaks In the hot tub at night! There was also great hiking (pisgah) and waterfalls (DuPont) 20-30 min from the property. The only disappointment was that there were no Ubers/lyfts available. Overall, great stay, great property!

Relaxing and scenery

First time staying here and it was the best!! This home is so relaxing and we didn’t leave to sightsee or grocery shop. I packed every thing from our home because I didn’t want to leave once we arrived. All the appliances are up to date. The kitchen is well stocked. Again we had our own pots and pans. They even had games but we brought our own games. They even had books to read. The scenery is awesome. There were cows across the street on the mountain and we even saw a donkey. My boys loved it! The hot tub was amazing. We even had sweet dreams!! We can’t wait to come back and also recommend this property to family and friends. The property manager Rebekah and Scott are excellent to answer any questions you may have while your here. Thank you all so much for letting us use your home it’s beautiful!!!

Wonderful stay - country and city experience

We were here for a month and felt right at home, our stay at the property was just what we were looking for! The hosts were wonderful - they were very responsive to any questions that we had and made us feel welcome. The property is far enough away from the city for some great R&R, yet close enough to be able to take full advantage of what the city offers. The home was great and as described - great setup for remote work. The hot tub is a wonderful way to destress or unwind after a long day hiking, exploring, etc. One item to note as others have mentioned, there are two bathrooms, however both are on the other side of the house from the master bedroom. This wasn’t an issue for us, but is good to know when staying with more than two people. All in all, we would definitely return if we are out in the Asheville area again.

Relaxing stay in the mountains

Enjoyed the rural atmosphere while enjoying the convenience of suburbia. The hot tub and fire pit were great and just overall enjoyed the soothing calm of the farm across the street.

Absolutely wonderful home, exceeded expectations!

My family (myself, my husband and our two young boys) stayed here for 4 nights and were absolutely thrilled with this house. Highlights: 1. Super clean! Absolutely a necessity during the time of a pandemic and we felt very safe entering the home. 2. Easy to locate and seamless check-in process and lock system to get into the home. 3. Beds were extremely comfortable and towels were plush. 4. Owners communicated the perfect amount and were extremely accommodating when we had to shift our dates by a day. 5. Everything worked! All of the smart TVs functioned as they should, heat kicked on when we turned the temperature up, appliances were newer. 6. Great location. We hiked in Pisgah National Forest, curbside picked up at Sierra Nevada and easy access to Ashevile. 7. Super peaceful setting on the deck which includes a wonderful hot tub! My kids loved watching the cows across the road. We look forward to returning to this area and staying at this house again soon!

Relaxing Mountain Getaway !!!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at this home in Mills River! This home has been beautifully renovated and is in a location that is both convenient and relaxing. It had everything we needed. We were 5 minutes from a large grocery store and 30 minutes or less to outdoor activities like flyfishing and hiking. If doing things in town is more for you, you're not far from Asheville, Brevard, and Hendersonville. We'll put this on our favorites list and come again!! You can't go wrong with this property.
