The condo has one master bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed, alongside updated dressers with tons of storage space. In the attached en-suite bathroom, find a full four-piece bath including a tub. Guests will find everything needed for their stay from shampoo, to body wash, to plush towels. Down the hall, find a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, perfect for larger families. There is an additional secondary bathroom as well for guest use.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room has a large comfy couch available, perfect for families who want to snuggle up and watch a movie. There is also a TV provided for evening entertainment, as well as an additional lounge chair. For those working remotely, settle in at the full-sized kitchen table and plug away. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cooking basics, as well as a microwave and coffee maker.
AMENITIES
Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub! PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.
Important Notice: The hot tub area is currently undergoing hefty renovations, and the completion date is currently unknown. Construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Great spot!
This is a great, well equipped, two bedroom apartment in Fernie. It has everything you need for a small family. The patio on the back of the building was great and very private. Would stay again.

Perfect Wknd Getaway place
Went for a weekend trip to Fernie for sledding trip with buddies. Full kitchen made it easy for us to cook our own meals. Hottub was decent size even tho it was a busy night. Will definitely stay again. Property managers were very helpful with fast response to any questions or concerns.

Shoert stay at Silver Rock Condominium
The property itself was lovely. Very clean and welcoming. The unit was well layed out and for two couples. It was well stocked excepting a few items and this was rectified the next day by the manager. Overall a pleasant experience and we would certainly consider returning here.

The location was great and very easy to find and the space was very comfortable. We had difficulty getting in as we had no internet and ability to get the instructions which were sent when we were there. When I inquired, I had internet so when checking in, we had to drive to town and get internet service to get in, intead of just going straight to check in. The VRBO also was advertised as Condo Hotel/ Hot Tub and Steam room, but there was no hot tub and steam room available due to maintainance. We were messaged on Jan 2nd, which would have been given time to cancel, but that should probably be removed off of the advertisement until it is available again.
