This newly built four bedroom house is located close to Queenstown and positioned right beside Lake Wakatipu, you can simply walk down to the lake and access the Frankton Walking Track that will take you to the heart of Queenstown's town centre.

A double garage is available for parking and inside the house you will find four spacious bedrooms.

1st bedroom has 1x Queen bed with an ensuite
2nd bedroom has 1x Super king bed that can be made into single beds if you wish
3rd bedroom has 1x Super king bed that can be made into single beds if you wish
4th bedroom has its own ensuite but has its own kitchen and lounge with private access as well as internal entry to the main part of the house.

All bedrooms have gorgeous views of the lake and mountains.

All the modern appliances you could expect are within the kitchen.

The deck is accessed from the lounge and can be used to enjoy the long summer evenings, or you can sit in the ambiance of the fire which heats the lounge and enjoy the surroundings.

A large Smart Tv with Netflix provided and free wireless internet.

A full laundry including a washing machine and dryer completes this space.

The house can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, with the option of two sofa beds for any extra guests.

Less than 5 minutes drive to the Heart of Queenstown or a relaxed walk around the edge of Lake Wakatipu you are in the perfect location to make the most of your stay.

A bus stop is located less than 200m from the house. Both Remarkable Ski field and Coronet Peak are easily accessible within 20 minutes of leaving home.

Airport is located 5- 10 minutes by car or taxi.
