Enjoy your visit to Queenstown in comfort in this spacious 5 bedroom Lakefront home. Sunny Kelvin Heights is a desirable place to stay, with this house having its 'own beach'. Situated right on the lakefront with the walking and biking trail right there and easy water access for paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking, or taking the water taxi into town. For a short stroll, or for the more adventurous, the trail goes all the way into Queenstown one direction and all the way to Jacks Point golf course in the other direction.

This house is perfect for large groups as we have 2 ensuite bedrooms (one upstairs), a main bathroom and another toilet. With 2 living spaces and multiple decks there is plenty of space for everyone.
Underfloor heating is in all the bathrooms, a full kitchen and a selection of board games to enjoy.

The airport, large grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants in Frankton are a convenient 5-10 minute drive. Central Queenstown is a scenic 15-20 minute drive around the lake. Queenstown can also be accessed by Queenstown Water Taxi which will pick you up at the nearest jetty (only 3 houses down!).

Other popular attractions near the home include: Remarkables Ski Field 10min to base, Kelvin Heights Golf Course (5 minutes), Jacks Point Golf Course (10 minutes), Nzone Skydive (10 minutes), Gibbston Valley Wineries (20 minutes), Arrowtown (15 minutes), and local Kelvin Heights beaches - popular with locals on a sunny day.

The base price is for 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $30/pp per night.
