Custom one-of-a-kind fixtures and other accents to favor your ultimate comfort. Relax by the pool overlooking the piney woods where wildlife abounds or sit by the fire outdoors. Visit "The Barn" for an escape from the everyday; a place to revive and reset. Here you’ll find a transportive space and the flexibility to make your visit your own. Walk the grounds, have a cup of coffee on the front porch or a drink by the pool, find a tucked away spot to read.
All mattresses are hotel quality and the beds are made with luxury hotel linens that will give you the best sleep of your life. The barn is perfect for a couple who'd like more space, business travelers, families, a girls weekend or retreat.
The downstairs bath has a vintage claw foot tub that is perfect for a relaxing bubble bath. The upstairs bathroom has a shower.
Come stay in this beautiful light filled barn that sits on 6 peaceful, park-like acres.

Had such an awesome time with the family! Very clean and comfy. The pool was so refreshing under the heat of the Texas summer. Big thanks to the owners for thinking of everything we might need. Shout out to Haley for welcoming us back and taking the time to introduce us to her pups and just being awesome overall!

This was the perfect get away. The layout of the facility was awesome including the pool. Process of checking in and out was seamless. Will return at some point.

Great place away from busy areas, close to town

Great place to stay with myself and 2 young kids - plenty of kid games, toys and play space outside to keep them entertained. Sleeping arrangement upstairs away from the bedroom is open like a loft so be mindful of that if you have young ones or elderly who sleep earlier or are light sleepers. Thermostat did not work but I imagine it is fixed by now.

Communication Excellent/Proper Adorable/Peaceful

From the beginning the communications was Excellent! Owner went out of her way to help with an issue booking on the site. The place is even cuter in person. Everything you need is available. Quiet and peaceful location-with privacy. The pool was perfect to look at since it was to cold to use.:( I will be back when the weather is better- to enjoy the Pool! Absolutely a Must Stay! Thank you Again for all of your Help! J & S

Perfect weekend getaway

The barn is a nice place. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. There isn’t much to do in Tyler so we spent our afternoons in the pool and had a blast. The barn is between two other homes but the way it is setup made it feel very private. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Short get away

The house was nice, the pool was nice and everything was clean other than a few outlying items like a shoe and a cloth used for dusting. The property was beautiful but lots of traffic around the property with what appeared to be moving trucks, other individuals entering and leaving the property and a lawn crew. The host was very responsive to any messages that I had. But I had to message her to get the check in details - I expected that to be sent upon booking.

Fun in the sun

We enjoyed the pool so much and everything was so clean . There were extras like laundry soap and dishwashing detergent. We liked having WiFi and extra channels to watch. The property was pretty and plenty of room to entertain downstairs . Lots of pretty views from the porch also.

A Relaxing and Convenient Getaway

We were here from Tuesday to Friday for a quick, relaxing getaway for just my husband and me. "The Barn" was comfortable and very clean. The owners take pride in both of their properties, and it shows. The landscaping was so pretty and the pool was clean and so relaxing. There were lots of poolside seating options for a couple or a family. The pool is also private with a fence on two sides. We floated and watched the birds and squirrels. It was just what we needed to unplug and unwind. We even got to see a little bat at dusk as he swooped around the back tree line. Wonderful outside lighting options and several small tables to sit and enjoy your coffee outside. The master is located upstairs. The bed was very comfortable. The Barn would also be great for a family with children. The upstairs loft has a queen bed and two twins (looked like a trundle under one twin). Gary and Kristin were great and VERY responsive. Any questions we had before and during our stay were quickly answered. They were very accommodating and just great people. We will definitely be back.

The Perfect Place

My husband, daughter and I had the best stay at the barn! The barn was exactly what we were looking for, and just the perfect place! It was super clean, had all the ammenities and was lacking nothing. We absolutely loved the fact that it wasn’t right in town, and had a country feel. Kristin and Gary were amazing hosts…we so appreciated their hospitality! We can’t wait for another getaway at the barn!

Great stay!

The house was beautiful. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and relax. The only thing I would mention, the stairs, to the bedroom are steep. Otherwise a great place to go to relax.

Gary and I love country living and comfortable homes. We live in a turn of the century farmhouse with 2 cats & 2 Australian Shepherds. We have 9 children and soon to be 18 grandchildren. We love our family and we love people. We hope you find your stay to be a very enjoyable & relaxing experience.

This barn features a uniquely decorated interior with thoughtful design like reclaimed wood walls, wood ceilings, and a claw foot tub . Outside, relax in the serene, private backyard surrounded by evergreen trees.
Enjoy the pool in the backyard, patio chairs, and table. All you need are some pool floats and margaritas!
There is also a charcoal grill outdoors and a big open space to hang out by the Fire Pit and enjoy the sunset.
