Wedding weekend

Great place to stay in Tyler. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is very spacious and beds are comfortable. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful!

We loved this place! It’s roomy, clean and packed with all the little extras—quality paper goods, and cleaning supplies, etc. The vibe is really chill and relaxed. We hit a tiny Wi‑Fi snag, but the host fixed it right away. The hot tub and pool were both well maintained, and there were tons of fresh towels everywhere. Would definitely stay again!

Very Relaxing

We needed a relaxing location for a short trip out of DFW. This fit the bill! Nice pool and outside area, comfy bed in the primary suite, very quiet neighborhood. Host left snacks and bottled water - so thoughtful! And there was an amazing assortment of K-cups. Would definitely stay here again.

Several friends from high school were looking for a place to stay for our reunion weekend and we wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy each other's company more than we could in a hotel. Not only was the accommodation more pleasant than a hotel, it was also very price competitive which was a nice bonus. The owner was both flexible and quick to respond to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this property anytime you need to stay in the Tyler area as the amenities are excellent and it is well laid out for comfort and privacy.

Great family getaway

While we were in town for a specific purpose (wedding), the house was perfect for our needs and would be a great girls getaway, family getaway, etc. Wonderfully appointed and spacious and our host/owner was communicative and ensured every need was met! If we’re back in Tyler with a group, we’d happily stay here again!

The host has done a wonderful job turning this house into a home for their guests. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our visit. The open kitchen/living area is great for time with friends and family with a gorgeous view to the pool out back. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. This home was the perfect getaway for relaxing by the pool. We enjoyed cooking meals together in the amazing and massive kitchen. We really appreciated the hosts communication and easy check in and check out procedures. We had one minor issue which the host was quick to respond to and handled promptly !

Beautiful newly updated, spacious home in a nice, quiet neighborhood.The home is even better in person than in the pictures. The hot tub and pool are a wonderful relaxing extra in a well designed backyard.Michael is a wonderful host and very timely with his communication.One of the best rentals we have stayed in. Will book same house again next year

House was immaculate. Updated appliances, huge refrigerator, great kitchen setup with gas stove and double ovens. We slept 8 adults comfortably and spent most of the day in the pool. Host was quick to answer any questions and hospitable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Will stay here again next year.

Perfect Property

This property was perfect for my family, as we all stayed together for my son's wedding. The host has thought of EVERYTHING. He even had water and snacks. He was always quick to respond anytime we communicated with him. The patio and pool are wonderful. Just a perfect little house right in the middle of everything you need in Tyler. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to ANYONE staying in the area.

Great Stay

This house was absolutely beautiful, and exactly as expected other than the kitchen being even larger than we thought, which was wonderful! We loved the house, and the thoughtful touches like toiletries and snacks that the owner had thought of. We also loved the twin bedroom being away from the other bedrooms because that's a perfect room to put the snorers in, and it was lovely for them to have a half bath so they didn't have to walk across the house to use the restroom at night. The location was central to everything we were doing, but on a nice quiet street. I wish the weather had been better so we could use the pool, but maybe next time!
