Welcome to your dream oceanfront getaway! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and Mount (Mauao), providing a breathtaking backdrop for your stay. The stylish interior is fully equipped for a perfect holiday, featuring a king bedroom with ocean views, a queen bedroom, and a room with two single beds.

After a day at the beach, unwind in your private spa, fire up the BBQ in the shared area, or challenge someone to a game on the tennis court—the options are endless. You’re just a 5-minute walk from Papamoa’s Coast Boulevard, with local supermarkets, a great restaurant, and one of our favorite cafes, Pearl Kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen is a space you’ll love. Cook up a meal while engaging with guests in the dining and lounge area or simply take in the breath-taking ocean views.

The property includes an outdoor shower to rinse off after a surf, and a private lawn for the kids to play on. The balcony offers the best seat in the house, perfect for soaking in sunrises over the ocean and sunsets behind Mauao. This is the ultimate escape and a must-stay for your next visit to Papamoa.

Please note: This property is situated in a private gated community. The beach access, tennis court, and BBQ area are shared with other residents and guests. Tennis racquets and ping pong table are for guest use.

Please note: Construction is happening next door from October to April - this may cause noise Monday to Friday.

- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age
- All linen is provided including beach towels
- Strictly no parties or gatherings
- No pets allowed

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
