This beautiful and serene suite is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, families, friends and couples looking to explore the North Shore, City and Mountains. The suite features safe and private parking, chef's kitchen, 2 bedrooms (king and queen memory foam), comfortable couch+lounge chair, washer+dryer and plenty of storage space. Located in Upper Lynn Valley, epicenter for outdoor enthusiast activities. Less than 5 minute bike ride and you're on Fromme Mountain. For walkers, hikers and trail runners 10 minutes walk to base of Fromme Mountain, Lynn Canyon, and Lynn Headwaters. 10-minutes by bike to Rice Lake. This guest suite is beautiful, comfortable, and supremely well maintained. Excellent location, one block from the forest with amazing, top-notch mountain biking and hiking. A few blocks walk from Lynn Canyon Park w/suspension bridge. The outdoor seating area w/fireplace and BBQ was a huge bonus and it was our favorite hang-out spot! Keegan and Jackie were very attentive and helpful hosts, and we will be back to stay as soon as we are able!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at Keegan and Jackie's property. It was spacious, clean, and an excellent place to have as our home-base during our 1-month stay in Vancouver.Both Keegan and Jackie were gracious, kind, and generous with their time; providing support, recommendations, and suggestions throughout the time we were staying there. They accommodated our family of four (2 adults, 2 young kids) by providing amenities above and beyond what was listed in their advertisement. Overall, very easy-going people who run/maintain this property with a perfect balance of personalism and professionalism.The area is close to hiking areas, playgrounds for kids, shopping (groceries, general needs etc.) nearby, and is a perfect proximity to the city -- not too close, not too far. In a quiet area that is safe and secluded from the city.We would not hesitate to stay here again should we return to Vancouver. We would also highly recommend both the location and this specific property for anyone looking for a place to stay, both short and longer term, in Vancouver area.

This was a perfect getaway and pre-birthday trip with the family. Keegan was very easy to communicate with from the beginning. The property was just right and the neighborhood and surroundings were peaceful. My family and I enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend staying here. Thank you once again for a memorable time.

Lovely, modern, comfortable and well furnished unit in a quiet country setting. All high quality amenities provided. Owners were friendly, helpful & welcoming. Location is perfect for touring Vancouver & surrounds. We loved the under floor heating which was perfect for chilly Spring evenings. Highly recommended

Beautiful place...hosts very efficient...good instructions.Suggestions? A better couch and chair would help..the couch especially is broken down. Blankets would be a welcome addition and perhaps a few small chairs in the bedrooms or kitchen and/or television room. Also a small table to the right of the bathroom vanity would help give more counter space.

Excellent spot in North Van

We had a great stay here in North Van. Keegan and Jackie were responsive and friendly, and their place was perfect for our mtb trip. They let us store our bikes and bike bags in the garage, and their suite was comfy and well equipped. We were able to ride to the trails from their house, and it's only a short drive from shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit North Vancouver

Great location for a hiking adventure.

We chose this property in Lynn Valley to be close to many hiking trails. It was comfortable for two couples if you are ok with sharing a bathroom. The pictures of the suite are exactly as shown. The property has a cute little creek in the front yard. (See photos)Keegan and Jackie were great hosts helping us out with a few needs as well as giving us some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Suite is clean, comfortable and in a beautiful neighbourhood. We highly recommend!

Girls' Trip!The three of us looked at so many options for our Vancouver getaway, and this place got top votes from all of us. Jackie and Keegan were amazing and the home was just perfect for our needs. The photos of the apartment, which is on the lower floor of their gorgeous home, were very accurate. What wasn't really shown is how BEAUTIFUL their home and neighborhood are. We felt like we were staying in a very exclusive neighborhood at a budget price. It was quiet, relaxing, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. We didn't cook, but everything was available if we had. We had privacy for our late night chats and late night arrivals. The apartment has a separate entrance, an off-street parking (although the street is fine too), and even a little corner of the yard just for guests with an amazing view of the creek that runs through the property. We would definitely stay again!TIPS: Don't overlook North Van for shops and restaurants!Try the Seabus to get into town...super easy, super convenient, super cheap. Felt very safe as well. You'll still need to pay for parking near the station on the North Van side, but you won't have to fight for a downtown spot and it makes the drive home after a late night dinner about 75% shorter!

Getaway

This is a lovely home. Quiet beautiful neighborhood, close to hiking, parks and shopping; All in walking distance. This is an absolutely lovely neighborhood. We would recommend this place for sure and would happily stay here again. What would increase the appeal: A guest book directing visitors to Vancouver area attractions: like the suspension bridge, parks, ferry resources, Stanley park etc..places to eat, shop, and directions for trash disposal times, check in and out requirements etc.I would have enjoyed softer pillows and a larger towel.My son really liked this place. Thank you for a lovely vacation home away from home.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment

My niece and I were visiting family in North Vancouver and this was a great rental. Very clean throughout with comfortable beds and pillows and living room furniture. Beautifully appointed kitchen with new SS appliances and large capacity stacked washer and dryer with all the bells and whistles. We did not do any cooking unless you count using the microwave so I can't speak to the pots and pans but plenty of dishes, glassware, coffee mugs and utensils. Heated floors in the bathroom which was a nice luxury.Communication with host was great - always a timely response. Keypad access to the basement apartment made our check-in seamless.Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. I would stay here again if I came back to Vancouver.

Sehr schöne Lage und nette hilfreiche Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet, liegt aber im Keller. Daher hat man wenig Tageslicht und es ist etwas kühl.
