This spectacular mountain home offers two levels of perfect luxury and an unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location right at the base of Vail Mountain. Inside, a grand living space boasts vaulted ceilings, three large bedrooms plus a loft, and enough elbow room to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The private gas grill is a great way to cook up your freshly-caught fish and the full kitchen has plenty of counter space and cookware to make short work of those tasty side dishes. Enjoy your culinary creation over the handsome dining table with seating for eight, or outside on the balcony for an al-fresco meal. Winter visitors will enjoy thawing out in the shared hot tub after a day on the slopes and spreading out before a crackling fire in the gas fireplace to enjoy a favorite novel. Summer guests can spend their entire vacation swimming in the large shared pools and hiking the many nearby trails.

The east building has the truest ski-in/ski-out access around! Condos here on the first floor feature a walk off patio onto the snow, while condos on the second and third floors feature a balcony with steps down to the ski yard. Head over to Charter Sports for all your outdoor activity needs. Don’t forget to stop by El Sabor for a tasty meal to warm you up in the winter, or a cool margarita to cool you down in the summer. Lion Square Lodge amenities include hot tubs and heated outdoor pool with changing rooms, fitness center, concierge, ski valet, free parking, and walking distance to local bus transportation.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
