The property itself was good. Amazing location, perfect size for a family of 4.Unfortunately the host in the listing was a property management company who had nothing to do with the property. They did not handle anything, but referred all communication outside the vrbo platform to a "local" representative. That "local" person lived 1.5 hours from the property, and was a different person than the one listed on a outdated sign in the property living room. When we arrived, the batteries in the smart deadbolt lock died immediately after the door opened. The lock required the actual property owner's app to diagnose what was wrong. Because the listing was through a management company and the "local" contact was nowhere near the property, it took 3 hours to play a game of telephone to diagnose what was wrong woth the lock amd get batteries (no spare batteries anywhere in the condo). The condo also smelled strongly of mold, and had an undersized dehumidifier running 24/7 that we had to empty every 3 hours to keep it running.Great location and layout, good potential, but I do not recommend staying here due to the owner/management.
