This townhome is the only one to boast views of the beach, pool, and playground from both private decks. Sit, Sip and See the family wherever they play.

As you start your vacation you will pull your cars into the covered carport and notice the private outdoor hot/cold shower and anticipate rinsing off after a day on the sand.
As you walk up the stairs to the entry door the "fun closet" will be on the landing, stocked with chairs, beach toys and other amenities for fun in the sun.
Remember your PIN for the door lock. Every family gets their own personal code, chosen by you and only for your group. Secure and convenient.
You will enter into the 1st floor living room with it's large couch, chair, and the 1st of many smart wifi streaming tv's for all your personal entertainment. Simply login to NetFlix, YouTube, etc.
(Pro tip: if a property boasts a DVD/VCR player, it may be outdated).
Open the French doors and you will find the 1st wrap around deck, a great shaded place for reading, watching the kids in the pool or park. Or even just a quiet place to get away from the rest of the family. (Just me? Ok.)
Off this living room are two bedrooms. The 1st has a Queen bed (with tv), private bathroom with an updated walk-in, tiled shower, glass doors and a foot rest for leg shaving (so I am told). As you lay in the bed you look out the plate glass window through the palm trees and see the waves of the ocean. You may want to stay here but trust me, there is a lot more to see.
On the other side of this floor is the next bedroom, with 2 twin beds (and TV), a private bath with shower tub combo. Great place for the kids.
Now we walk up the stairs and you will find an updated laundry room with washer and dryer to keep your suits, clothes, and towels fresh during your stay. But who wants to do laundry on vacation? Let's move on.
Now you enter the 2nd floor and walk into an open floor plan starting with the kitchen. All the amenities of home; oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwater and a center island perfect for setting out appetizers or drinks. Looking out the kitchen windows over the sink you will see wide panorama views of the ocean. Now imagine drinking a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, from either the drip brew or Keurig as you take in this view.
To your left is the dining area ready for family meals, game night or gossiping about that embarrassing uncle.
This space opens to the 2nd living room where the family can also gather and enjoy yet another 55 inch large TV with your streaming services. We recently renovated this to open it up even more.
Looking out the large windows you will see the ocean, beach and the deck. Simply open the door and enjoy the 2nd wrap around deck with views of the family at the beach, pool and park all day long. Bring out your favorite drink and take your place at any of the deck chairs and tables. Dolphin watching is what I love to do with my morning coffee. But the sunsets here over the sound side are simply amazing.
If you can pry yourself back inside you will find the next bedroom featuring another Queen bed and updated bathroom with walk-in shower, tiled walls and glass doors. Also, the built-in foot rest for convenient leg shaving (again, so I am told). Of course this bedroom, like all the others, offers a flat panel TV. (I say flat panel because if you see a rental with tube TV's, well you know it hasn't been updated).
Now let's head up the stairs to the lofted 4th bedroom and bonus area. By now you may be asking, "does this house ever end?"
On the landing you will find the half bath. It's a half bath, so only as exciting as you make it but those of us over 50 appreciate bathrooms on every floor.
Once in the loft you will find more large windows offering views of the ocean and park. Continuing into the loft we have 2 twin beds that can easily slide together to make a King.
We have also added a love seat and yet another smart TV for streaming content. Put the teens up here if you have them or slide the chair over to the desk if you have some work or school that you can't get away from. This is also the perfect place for remote working and with dedicated high speed WiFi, no one needs to know you're working from the beach.
We pride ourselves on being an updated family rental. We manage it ourselves so you will always work with me and not some management company.
During peak season, we book weekly rentals only (Saturday - Saturday). Cleaning and Linens are also included in all rentals .
