The house also features an indoor bathtub

There is a large outdoor sitting area and an upper level balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture.

This house accommodates up to 8 guests :
3 bedrooms upstairs 2xQueen, 1xDouble, 2 with balcony Facing the lake and a master bedroom with ensuite
1 bedroom downstairs with 2 king single beds

The villa features a climate-control system for heating and cooling.
High-quality linens and towels are provided
Shampoo/conditioner/body wash /body lotion are included.

Access to all parts of the property.
There are two parking spots in garage and two parking spots on the driveway and street side parking.
All guests also have access to the house’s private jetty area. You can bring your own kayak or stand-up paddles.

Limit access to backyard/lake after 10pm.

Dishes are to be washed in the dishwasher before checkout

please turn the lights and Heater / air condition off, close the windows , lock the door properly as you leave the property .

Cover the spa with the lid to prevent leaves from falling in.
Any damage to property or furniture will be replaced by the guest or paid through bond
