House Rules (Important, please read)



To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:



1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.

2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 5 days post-checkout.

3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools.

4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.

5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.

6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.

7. No bookings from groups under the age of 32.

8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.

10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 10

11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.

12. Guests must not at anytime move furniture inside the house.

Escape the heat and relax

The property is perfectly situated with a beautiful pool and spa and outdoor entertaining area. The house is spacious, with multiple living areas and air con. We loved having a bathroom each. It was stress free and easy. The team managing the property were very responsive and nothing was a problem. Would absolutely stay here again.

Luxury weekend away from the city

Check in was easy and the property itself blew us away . We knew from photographs that it was going to nice but they don’t do it justice. Everything was cleaned to a high standard with lots extra s in the kitchen including a coffee machine. The hosts provided everything needed for a great stay ! Thanks again we will definitely be booking again.
