Summary: Welcome to our recently renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo that can sleep up to 4 guests. The condo has an ideal location right in downtown Breck! You are a quick walk from the shops, restaurants, bars, grocery store, and chairlift. The condo has the most important mountain amenities, and one garage parking space. You can not pick a better spot to experience Breckenridge any time of the year!
The Space: This recently renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom, which has access from the bedroom and family room, has a walk-in shower. The family room, dining room, and kitchen share an open concept. The family room has comfortable furniture, a small balcony, and a flat screen TV. The couch is a queen sized sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and there is a dining table with seating for four. If you take a look outside of the balcony you will see spectacular views of the mountains!
The condo's location puts you in the heart of Breckenridge! You can walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the grocery store. The condo includes one garage parking space and guests will have access to shared laundry facilities.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium. Guests also have access to the shared laundry facilities on site and one garage parking space (permit required). The space can fit a small SUV and compact car, not big trucks.
There are 8 steps to entry if you are coming from the garage, but the condo is ground level from the front!
The Neighborhood: Tannhauser II condos are located at the intersection of Ridge Street and Jefferson Avenue in downtown Breckenridge. The condo is less than a block away from Main Street and all of the restaurants, bars, and shops are a quick walk away. The best part about Main St. Station is that it is walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street!
Getting Around: From the condo, you can walk to the restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. The local Breckenridge Free Ride Bus has a stop for the Purple Route "B" at the intersection of Ridge Street & Adams Avenue (1 block from the condo). The Quicksilver Chairlift is a couple blocks away and very walkable. Uber/Lyft is also available.
Other Things to Note: Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the condo is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Please be aware that the clearance for the parking garage is 6'6". The garage is quite tight for large vehicles.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please note that guests share laundry. Coin-operated on same floor. Turn right and go down the hall after leaving the unit. To the left is a room. Under-sink detergent is offered. Please consider the environment when setting water levels and cycle times.

Condo was in a great location in Breckenridge. Having a garage for parking was an added bonus. Bed was comfortable and place was very quiet. A little old but in good shape.

Childhood Home
My dad recently passed at age 95. We wanted to see the home he built by hand in the late 50's. We lived there in the 1960's. We rented a one-bedroom place at the old Thanhauser II and it almost broke the bank, but that's Breckenridge these days. The flowers around the town were beautiful,

Lovely getaway!!
We loved staying here!! You can’t beat the location; It is in the middle of downtown!! There is a grocery right across the street which was very convenient. If you plan on staying here, bring an extra pair of socks, as the floor does get pretty chilly. I will definitely be back. We loved this condo and loved Breck!!

Breckenridge Anniversary Get-a-Way
Stayed at this property for our 25th Anniversary get-a-way trip. The Condo was very comfortable, clean, and extremely convenient! Grocery store is across the street. Breck main street and Ridge street shops and restaurants are right outside the door. Indoor parking was also great and very convenient.
Communicates with the property owner were quick and all questions were answered.
We had a great stay in a great spot!

Good location, but…
The beds are difficult to sleep. They’re old and the sofa bed is super uncomfortable. The location is prime. Right next to the supermarket and Main Street. Everything was great except the beds. I’d stay again for sure with better mattress

Good Location
The location was the best thing about this property. It was way too small for three adults. The TV remote would not stay paired with the TV. The sign on the washer said the dryer was broken. The washer leaked water on the floor behind the washer. The maintenance seemed lacking. I was just expecting more.

Condo is great. Location is excellent in town. The floor is freezing as the unit sits above the garage. The parking clearance is only 6' 6". This should be disclosed before I booked, not after in the details sent. I have a small SUV (Macan). I had to take off the rocket box (very low profile) to enter the garage. This is a total pain.

Great Location and very clean but parking SUV an issue in Garage
This was a great little condo right off the Main Street. Everything was in walking distance and that is good because we did have issues parking. While we did have a parking pass for the garage, the garage will only accept 6’6”. This was not advised as we have a luggage rack above our SUV, thus, we couldn’t use the garage. There are about 5 other parking spots along the building but those were already occupied. I called and spoke to someone about the matter who they in turn advised I would get a call back. I never got that call to help with my parking issue. I took matters into my own hands and I had to find parking blocks away via Passport App. This was not ideal but thankfully it worked. If I had not had this issue and did get a call back I would’ve given this 5 stars.
