This bayside space doesnā€™t just offer a bed and a bathroom. It has a kitchenette, dining area with fold-out table, and a spacious living area equipped with full couch, coffee table, and flat screen TV. This is the perfect space for a coupleā€™s retreat, a small family, or friend group looking to enjoy all that Miramar Beach has to offer.

The best part of staying at the Grand Sandestin are the amenities! In your unit, youā€™ll find a Juliet balcony to let in that gorgeous Florida weather and a washer/dryer to keep those beach clothes clean. On the property, youā€™ll have access to the lagoon-style community pool, hot tub, fitness center, and so much more.

Good place for long weekend.

The only improvement needed is having instructions located inside the unit for location of the golf cart key and detailed cart location map would have been for the location.Management was very helpful when contacted on the phone.would recommend it to a friend.

It was a perfect spot for my little family. We really enjoyed Baytowne Wharf!

Great location

This was a great location, close to everything. We did have a slight hiccup with access codes, but was resolved very quickly. The property stated that it had a coffee maker, so I brought traditional coffee grounds. It actually had a Keurig, so had to go purchase K-cups. Other than that, it was great!!

The unit was nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. The Grand lobby is really beautiful and everything was well-kept. Unfortunately, our golf-cart did not work. We had to drive back and forth to the beach which was disappointing. My rating would be exemplary if it had a reliable cart.

Disappointed

The room was disappointing! Very dated decor, stained carpet, outdated bath with water damage between the vanity and tub, slow draining sink, had to hold the handle down until toilet flushed fully, no space for bathroom products, very poor lighting, etc. Great location but will never rent at The Grand again.

I went to the front desk late at night to get coins for washing and was told that coins can probably be gotten during the day at the bar when it is open. That was not as convenient, but it has nothing to do with the how I enjoyed the stay. Very timely and appropriate responses from owner when I had a question. Great stay!!!

A little dated but convenient

Typically not one to complain but I found the property a slightly disappointing for the $ spent. A little dated and in need of some TLC. Carpeting stained and a slight musty smell in unit. Shower head and curtain showed signs of age/moldy. Overall the complex is convenient to the Baytowne nightlife that we enjoy. The golf cart with unit was a nice touch. Understanding this visit was during the off season but no resort personnel found except for workers preparing outside venue for wedding. No one available in Reception lobby/bar area to welcome guests or answer questions. Likely to explore other options on our next visit to the Baytowne area.

Check in process was Terrible. When we got there I went in the lobby didnā€™t see anyone so I hollered hello, a man screamed hello it scared the daylight out of me! Anyways the guys name was Tony he was the night shift supervisor for auditing.. he was very annoyed that I arrived around 0300 ish in the am. Stated he would do what he could to locate my room but that he had the system in audit mode and that most people didnā€™t come to check in a 0300 in the morning. Very rude the lady with him apologized I couldnā€™t believe how he acted. No dishwasher otherwise good stay. The buildings/ parking all a bit confusing at first lots of turns kind of confusing but the actual place was nice . Toilet bowl is shallow lol .water pressure in shower is awesome!
