The kitchen is not equipped. For a house that size there were not enough utensils, plates, etc. beds are small but comfortable. The home was lovely and wonderful for entertaining.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights as my daughter was graduating from Western and we prefer a house to a hotel. This is a newer home in a fairly new subdivision. The location was great. We chose it for the proximity to the restaurant where we were hosting her grad dinner. The house is big and bright with minimal furnishings and kitchen supplies. The owner was very responsive and allowed some flexibility on check in / check out.

This 5-bedroom, modern house suited our party of 5 ladies very nicely. The house was very clean and bright. Communication with the host, Sunny, was excellent: friendly, timely and helpful. The house is in a quiet area but with easy access to downtown, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent for the eight adults that were there. The rooms were great and we gathered quite comfortably in the living room. The location was close to all that we needed to do in London. The host was absolutely wonderful at immediately answering questions!

We were quite pleased with our stay overall. Sunny was a very responsive host, always responding to questions within an hour (usually almost immediately) and resolving any issues we had within 24 hours (which was perfectly fine for our needs). The property was nice and as advertised, with the only noteworthy issues being outside of our host's control (neighbors behind us where there's no fence we're doing construction in their back yard, smoke alarm beeping randomly for an hour one night). The house is definitely bare bones (which the pictures show), and feels a bit empty and not lived in because of that. Lacks a certain warmth, I suppose. But, I mean, it's not like that's actively a problem.I will note that there were some little things that were inconvenient in terms of furnishings, such as no hand towels in the kitchen, no appropriately sized kitchen trash for the number of people the house can support, limited spoons, and a otherwise furnished but not overflowing kitchen (we had to borrow lots of kitchen implements from a friend we were visiting with). But things like that could be very easily solved, and were not significant enough issues that I'd change my rating of this property.I feel like I nitpick a fair bit in this review, but do keep in mind that I am giving it 5/5 stars and we were overall quite happy.

We had a great experience staying at this place. The house was spotless, bright, and smelling fresh. The host was very helpful and responsive. We were able to check in 3 hours earlier as well. I will happily stay here again.

For the short time we stayed it was a great experience. House was spotless and was perfect for the 10 of us. The only thing we really had a problem with was the comfort of the beds. Beds were hard and difficult to sleep on. Other than that it was a great experience thank you.

Spacious hone

Lots of space and bathrooms so we all had privacy when we wanted it. Close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighbourhood. We loved it.

One-Night Getaway

The stay at Sunny's property was amazing! We went as a group of 9 and the space was lovely to have a New Year's Eve celebration among the 9 of us. The beds were comfortable, we had lots of space to set up decorations and play some games, and the bathrooms were spacious for all of us to get ready together!We did notice when we got there that there were crumbs and old food left in some of the cabinets, as well as outlets that were not working. I notified Sunny of this issue and he was more than happy to take care of it.Aside from that tiny thing, it truly was amazing and we will definitely be returning to this property in the future!
