Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our listing accurately reflects the amenities we offer. While we do not provide a full gym with large exercise machines, we do offer adjustable dumbbells, a core strength machine, a yoga mat, and an exercise ball. Our security cameras are located only on the exterior of the property, covering entry and exit points for the safety of our guests and the home. Their locations are fully disclosed in our listing before booking. Thank you for bringing the pool table to our attention. It has since been professionally leveled and is now fully usable. We take cleanliness very seriously and apologize that your experience did not meet our usual standards. We investigated the reported pest concern immediately and found no cockroaches during our inspection. As with many homes, during the warm weather insects can occasionally enter if exterior doors, such as the backyard door, are left open for extended periods. Nevertheless, we took preventative measures and shared your feedback with our housekeeping team. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving.
