Layout - There are 2 parent retreats at each end of the property, with private ensuite bathrooms. The two large king single bedrooms run along the upstairs walkway, with the main bedrooms at each end. There is also another main bathroom on this level. Plus the fifth bunk bedroom, consisting of 2 x bunk beds.

The upstairs walkway is perched above and looks down to the pool, gardens beds, media room and outdoor dining. All living zones and bedrooms open to a mesh screened veranda that wraps around the whole house, creating a one of its kind holiday experience.

The kitchen and lounge room look out to the front outdoor garden on the beach side, and the indoor/outdoor dining room and pool on the inner side of the property. With large timber glass sliding doors that are ceiling height the house opens up to create one seamless living area. The pool and media room are separated from the outdoor dining and living area by glass pool fencing and garden.

Architects Notes - This holiday home in Noosa offers multi-family accommodation in a spirit reminiscent of camping, with an insect-free central campfire and a pool emulating a tropical forest swimming hole. The project’s architects created a home that is site-sensitive and a climate-responsive design can lead to unexpected and delightful outcomes.

Security Surveillance: The property is equipped with external security cameras. Video footage recordings are not shared and will be maintained for liability reasons in the case of break-ins, injuries, and guests compliance with rental terms and conditions.

Please note – Due to strict Noosa Council regulations there is a no noise policy between the hours of 9pm and 8am. Under no circumstance can this home to be used as a party venue or for functions or gatherings. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking and likely forfeiting of your Bond.
