About the home This property has just had a full-scale renovation completed by AK Design in Fall 2024, it now has an elegant, contemporary aesthetic with top-of-the-line finishes. Secure an unforgettable trip in this remarkable home while promotional pricing lasts!
This contemporary Whistler 3 bedroom townhome will be the best property in the area you could stay in. You have to see it in person to appreciate it's modern elegance. Thoughtfully fully outfitted kitchen with open-concept living in mind, along with a fully equipped bar, as well as games offers an epic base for your alpine getaway. This townhome also features a overly spacious two car private garage for securely storing your mountain toys, a rare amenity in Whistler. The home backs onto pine trees giving a secluded cabin feel, but also offer maximum convenience with a stop for the free shuttle service right outside the property complex. Guests can utilise the adjacent walking path which allows you to be steps from the Blackcomb Gondola and Upper Village's restaurants/shops or Lost Lake.

Location Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the Upper Village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slopeside setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

Things to know ⌂ There is parking for two vehicles in the private garage, as well as one visitor parking pass with visitor parking available on a first come first served basis. Visitor parking stalls are uncovered, and parking pass should always be displayed. ⌂ No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside the unit, minimum booking age of 25. ⌂ This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area. ⌂ Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged. ⌂ Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 8 adults. The 7th and the 8th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge. ⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

This was an incredible stay!!! The location was absolutely perfect, with just a 10 minute walk to the Blackcomb Gondola. It made the trip feel easy and allowed a lot of flexibility with our days. The space itself was quite beautiful and well put together, with lots of really nice amenities like an electric fire that was perfect for warming up after a day outside, a huge couch, bathrooms with heated floors, and lots of other thoughtful touches. Outpost was also really quick to respond to any of my questions and made the check in and check out processes really simple.

Wonderful stay
Exceptional rental. Exceptionally modern, spacious, quiet, impeccably clean and well appointed townhouse. Well appointed kitchen. Short walk to upper village and main Whistler village. Two parking spots in garage was wonderful. Would recommend this property without reservation to any discerning traveller. Appreciated the quiet neighbourhood. Nice walk to Lost Lake.

Beautiful place! Loved having a garage for our gear and bikes. Great location away from the crowds, but close enough to easily bike to Whistler village for a meal or activity. One note is that it does not have AC—it was incredibly hot in the bedrooms. Host provided additional fans, but it was still tough to get a good night sleep with the temps.

Great location
The townhouse was walkable to the village, but in a quiet neighborhood that made for a restful night sleep. Having a garage was a huge benefit since we were traveling with mountain bikes.The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc.Our only complaint was that the AC wasn’t functional. We got quite warm overnight.

Great stay, walking distance to the gondola. Everything was new/updated/clean. Great attention was paid all aspects of the property (e.g., fable dish ware, heated towel rack in bathroom, ski gear drying machine in garage, etc.) Two minor comments would be (1) two garage spots are small/low (so if you have larger cars or tall cars with racks/thule cabins on top) it'll be hard for you to fit; and (2) other units in the property had access to outdoor parking via permits. To my knowledge we did not have access to the outdoor spots (which would've helped with taller/larger vehicles). But again, these are minor comments and overall it was a great stay (actual unit likely better than the pictures).
