This 700+ square feet suite is only minutes from Mount Wells Regional Park, Rhino Coffee, Tim Hortons, Langford Lake, The YMCA, Superstore, Costco, Walmart, restaurants and much more. It is a short 30 minute drive to downtown Victoria. This above ground private suite is full of natural light and has a view of a park across the street.

There are stairs on the side of the home to get to the full basement suite that is yours including the concrete pad in front of suite, the entire backyard is off limits.

The unit is an above ground basement suite and stays cool during summer however we do provide a portable AC for the bedroom during the summer.
