Experience the beauty and tranquility of coastal living in our charming 2-bedroom garden suite. The house is located at the famous Esquimalt Lagoon and offers a lovely outside space over looking the Juan de Fuca straight with amazing views of the ocean and Olympic mountains. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and breath taking views and the convenience of being only 15-20 minutes from Downtown Victoria.
The space
Everything you would ever need for a comfortable stay is just a quick drive away. Groceries/Bars/Coffee shops/Liquor stores/Malls etc..

Bedrooms: Two comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other bedroom has 2 single sized beds, plush linens, and ample storage space.

Living Area: A cozy living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that frame stunning ocean views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.

Wonderful Stay at the beach

Such a lovely location and place. A block away from the beach, and the place was clean, comfortable and lovely. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Highly recommend! ! Romantic and family friendly too! A quiet self contained cottage on a beautiful property maintained by a gracious and caring host. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better location. Scenic walks with many trails within walking or short driving distance. Fun to watch the cruise ships go by from our panoramic window. Thank you for a wonderful time away!

We had a wonderful stay at Patricia's suite on the Esquimalt Lagoon in Colwood. We loved the views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains in the distance, lots of bird life, and a nice relaxing place from where we could explore Victoria and Vancouver Island. Patricia is a gracious and generous host, and provided great recommendations on places to visit and local eateries.Highly recommend!!

We loved the location, an easy 2 block walk to the beach. The host, Pat, was very helpful and quick to respond. The apt. very clean. A car would be essential to get around the area. Overall it was a wonderful find and enjoyable stay!

Solo getaway

Great spot for a solo retreat with daily beach walks, sunset views & puppy pets! .The main bed was a little firm for my liking so I slept on the smaller bed and it was great!

Relaxing Vacation

This was a great home to come relax at after a day of touring around. We were able to go to the Market and cook dinner at home which was fantastic because FRESH SEAFOOD! The view was amazing. Pat was very accomodating and was so helpful! When we wanted a puzzle to do in the evenings she brought us one, when we were sitting out in the grass she showed us where we could find some chairs. Even bought a Bocce set so we could play in the beautiful grass while soaking in the amazing views! The beach just a block away was also a very fun beach to find thngs on. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Stay!

This is one of the best stays Iā€™ve ever had in a private accommodation. Beautiful standalone suite, high ceilings, incredible ocean views right from the couch. The host is an amazing person and will go the extra mile to make sure your visit is as enjoyable as possible. Thank you so much!

Our last stop on the island

After a long day driving, we arrived to a special treat and everything we needed to just relax and enjoy the evening. Patricia is a wonderful host and cannot thank her enough for helpful info and guidance about this end of Vancouver Island and more! Friendly, peaceful neighbourhood. We enjoyed beach walks in the morning and sunset. Interesting sights on the water, night views of Victoria. Close to Victoria. Quick and easy, both in and around to different places. Oh! and everything was perfect inside, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, spotless bathroom and more. Absolutely recommend and would definitely book this property again.

Relaxing, quiet place with a wonderful host!

Great little two bedroom ADU with a view overlooking the beach. Just a short one block walk to put your toes in the water. Perfect for a quiet get away or a remote working setup. Itā€™s not terribly close to entertainment options but if thatā€™s your thing then this is the right place for you. Pat, the host and her doggo ā€œRascalā€ are super friendly and gracious hosts! Would recommend this place for a chill budget place for a couple or small family. I wish the internet had been a little more reliable. I had some trouble with video calls but could handle email and streaming services without major issues. Otherwise no issues.
