This property is a single-floor home 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enter this comfortable home through the kitchen and you`ll feel like you`re immediately on the lake. This cozy home has everything you`ll need for a peaceful Maine retreat.

This property offers two kayaks for guest use. Enjoy the beautiful views that Knickerbocker Lake has to offer while watching the many different kinds of birds and other wildlife that live near the lake.

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
