The Space:

Howdy Malibu is built for multi-family trips and larger groups who want everyone under one roof but nobody on top of each other. With four real bedrooms and eleven beds, including a dedicated Bunk Room for the kids, there's enough room for grandparents, cousins, and littles alike to spread out and still gather for meals and game nights.



The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is the heart of the house, with a kitchen island and bar stools so whoever's cooking stays part of the conversation instead of stuck alone. This VRBO home also has an Outdoor Lounge strung with lights for a quieter moment before the evening gets going.



Downstairs, the Green Room is where the group ends up most nights: a pool table, arcade game, bar seating, karaoke setup, and a Luxury Lounge photo-op corner. When it's time to wind down, the top-floor movie theater gives the group a screen of its own, away from the noise, and the Makeup Bar's vanity desks and lighted mirrors make getting ready for a night out part of the fun.



Spend the day exploring Nashville, watch the skyline change color from the rooftop hot tub, then head downstairs for Green Room karaoke and pool table games before everyone splits off to their own bedroom, including the kids to their Bunk Room, to recharge.

It's a short drive to the honky-tonks and live music that make Nashville famous, without staying in the thick of downtown traffic. Baseball fans can catch a game nearby at First Horizon Park, and Broadway's energy is never far off



Getting Around:

Downtown Nashville, Broadway, and the honky-tonks are all a short rideshare or drive away. BNA Airport is about a 12 minute drive, making this an easy base whether you're flying in for a weekend or driving in with the whole family
