4. Age Requirement: Must be 25+ to book. One (1) guest 25+ must stay on-site for every three (3) guests between ages 15–25.
5. No events or parties allowed.
6. Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
7. No Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes/vapes). A $500 fee + deep cleaning costs apply for violations. Immediate eviction may occur.
