Easy check-in but location of actual unit was a little deceiving based on the pictures. Had to walk up & down a couple of outdoor stairs to get to ground level & parking lot and the distance to the ski run was further than it appeared. The thermostat settings were a little uncomfortable & unadjustable, as it got really warm inside the unit from evening til morning, making it hard to sleep, even though fans were on.

Mostly Fine

The unit was cozy and close to base one. Gas fireplace kept us warm through the night. Lots of sleeping options with 3 separate bathrooms. Easy check in. Two flights of stairs to access entry. Complimentary coffee would be nice for guests as there was none for our stay. The place could use a deep clean as the fan blades above the main bedroom were very dusty. Overall we were content with our stay as the daily rate was very affordable with last minute availability.

Well Portioned

The property had everything we needed for our short spring break stay. The instructions and suggestions were detailed and on point, the towel/ssheets, etc were clean and we are now fans of the Native brand soaps. The only issue was the dirty blades on the ceiling fans. We couldn't use the fans because of the dust and our allergies.

Perfect spot for a great price!

As a family of five, finding a hotel room to fit us all is getting harder. This condo was just perfect for all of us! Everyone had a bed with still more to spare. Three full bathrooms were wonderful to have as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and we didn't need a thing! The views of the valley on the porch are lovely. This unit is on a second level with stairs, while it didn't impact us, it may affect others. Parking was also easy and not hard to find a spot even during a crowded weekend. The staff was prompt and understanding of all of my questions. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and huge property

The location was amazing and property was very large. A couple concerns. The entire place was super dusty. Fans caked in dust, headboards, etc. Definitely need someone to really clean it.The VCR upstairs didn't work. Only ate tapes. The Sony Playstation that we were going to use to watch movies upstairs didn't have a playstation controller to operate the movies. And the upstairs TV didn't have internet so it didn't work at all.The downstairs TV worked once I signed into all my apps but we couldn't get the cable to work or the DVD/VCR.

Guys ski trip! 2025

Overall, the stay was good. Everything in the unit worked as it should. The only issue I have is that I have severe allergies to animals, cats, and dogs specifically. This unit says it's pet friendly. However, I found a lot of hairs everywhere and could not enter or exit the unit without stirring up pet, dander, dust and things that made my eyes itch if I touch them at all. So while the unit was represented properly, the aspect to say that there's no pets allowed is obviously false 100%. What needs to happen on all these rentals? Is they need to declare if pets have been in the unit at all. Not that their policy is pet friendly, but that f pets have been in there or not. The results of this unit having had pets in it, meant that I literally walked in. Laid down on my bed, went to sleep, woke up and left. Spend as little time in the unit as possible and to not touch any of the furniture other than the table which was made of wood. Is disappointing to me. The people I'm list units is pet-free. When they know that there's been pets in the unit. There's no way you could not know

We assure you that we have a strict no-pet policy and pets are not allowed in the entire Mountainside complex, but unfortunately, some guests may bring them in without permission.- The cleaning team has been asked to be extra vigilant and perform additional cleaning if they find signs of any pets in the future.We appreciate your feedback and are committed to making sure future guests have a pleasant experience.
