Erin's cottage is very comfortable and calm, with loads of natural light. Waking up to birds singing was particularly appreciated!We enjoyed playing different outdoor games in the yard and making fire in the firepit at night. The cottage is actually bigger than what it appears to be on the picture.Communication with Erin was easy and quick, which was also appreciated I definitely recommend staying here ! Many thanks Erin!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and family friendly. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and were delighted to see a little hare visiting the property! The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a distant water view. It was an excellent base for exploring the eastern part of Prince Edward Island. For us, it was a bit remote from shops and restaurants, especially if you like being able to walk or bike to services. That said, if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and all the comforts you need, it’s a lovely place to stay. Our hosts were welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Amazing Cottage in a Great Location

This was a perfect home base for our golf trip to PEI. Minutes away from great courses (Brudenell and Dundarave) and central to lots more (like Crowbush and Belfast Highlands) - it was great! It is also a very short walk from a picturesque PEI beach complete with a little lighthouse - Morrisons Beach. If you don’t feel like walking you can also see the beach from the deck and the fire pit area. The cottage is very comfortable and clean, with lots of new appliances and furniture - it looks to have been very recently renovated. It is well-stocked with dishes and utensils and all of the little things that you will need. It is also great value. I highly recommend this property for your PEI getaway - you will not be disappointed.

Communication was clear and respectful, they followed all house rules, and they left the space clean and tidy. We truly appreciated their care during their stay. Overall the cottage was beautiful. It was impeccably clean, well equipped and a very pleasant place to spend our vacation. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. The property is very well taken care of and decorated nicely. A quiet beach is within walking distance or a very quick bike ride and was great for enjoying the sunset or cooling off. It’s a gradual drop so you can walk into the water for quite a while, would be great for kids. The only negatives we found were, in addition to a camera facing the driveway, there is one facing the deck and fire pit. For us, this meant we didn’t feel comfortable spending much time there. Maybe that wouldn’t bother most and I understand the need to monitor the property but for me, when I rent a property in a secluded location, I don’t want to feel watched during family down time. Also, there are sheers in the bedrooms, no blinds. This made it difficult to sleep past sunrise or change clothing at night as the dirt road passes directly in front of the cottage.

I’m sorry the exterior cameras caused you to feel uneasy during your stay. They are installed solely for security when the property is vacant and are turned off when guests arrive. I understand your concern and will be adding this clarification to the listing so it is clear to future guests. I only wish you had mentioned it during your stay, as I would have been happy to clarify this for you. Thank you as well for pointing out the bedroom sheers. Nous apprécions également vos commentaires sur les rideaux. Les chambres sont équipées avec des rideaux voilés, et dans la salle de bain, nous avons opté pour des options qui préservent l'intimité tout en laissant entrer la lumière naturelle. Cela dit, nous comprenons que les préférences peuvent varier et nous tiendrons certainement compte de vos commentaires pour continuer à améliorer l'espace. Our cottage is located in the Three Rivers region, close to Georgetown's historic waterfront, local attractions, and beautiful outdoor spaces, making it an ideal base for exploring Eastern Prince Edward Island.
