Inspiration Cozy Home on a Year Round Waterfall

Welcome to Fern Falls. This is a one of a kind living experience. You are basically living right on a waterfall! The property is located in the town of Cazadero, in the Redwoods of Northern California. 1.5 hours north of San Francisco.

When we lived at Fern Falls, we strove to create a blend the rustic cabin life with the needs of today's modern remote worker and world traveler. With spacious, simple, yet elegant and welcoming interiors, the house is nested in a canyon overlooking a waterfall and surrounded by majestic redwood trees.

It is truly a magical place to work remotely, write your book, create your next piece of art of music or reconnect yourself or family with nature.

Fern Falls is a place where you will feel far away, but right at home. The space is ideal for artists looking for a quiet environment and inspiration, or anyone just looking to escape the city life for a period of time. A place where you will connect with nature, recharge, your daily activities nursed by the soothing sound of the water, the wind in the trees, the many birds that make the forest their habitat.

The house features a beautiful master bedroom and a child bedroom on the top floor. A fully equipped kitchen, a large living area with a fireplace and a dining area with views of the waterfall in the middle floor. The bottom floor has a guest bedroom with direct access to the large deck overlooking the waterfall, and a dedicated work space with a single bed.

At just an hour and a half from the Golden Gate and the city of San Francisco, the house is located in the town of Cazadero, 5 miles from the Russian River, 10 miles from the stunning Northern California coast and 15 miles from Armstrong Woods Park, where some of the tallest and oldest trees still stand.

Our ideal tenant wants to stay from 1 month to 6 months. Other lengths of stay can be
negotiated on a case by case basis.

Hot Water, Shower ( both indoor and outdoor ) Bathtub, Washer + Dryer, Iron, Towels, Sheets, Soap, Shampoo, Toilet Paper, Hairdryer, TV ( NO CABLE ) Netflix, Hulu etc. for use with your own log in. WiFi. Central Heating, Each room has a ceramic wall heater - simply press the button to turn on, Wood burning stove, Smoke Alarm , Dedicated work space, Each Bedroom has it's own private entrance.

Full Kitchen, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Pots + Pans, dishes + silver wear + Espresso maker + french press, oils, spices, etc. we ask that if you finish something please replace it.

HighChair, Pack + Play, Toddler books + Toys, Crib, Outlet covers.

Outdoor old school BBQ, garden area / sitting area out back.

Parking for up to 5 cars, ( two in driveway three below the falls )
