Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds (queen size) (including extra down comforters) and TV in master bedroom. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style with stall shower. This home is within walking distance to downtown Monte Rio, grocery store, public beach, boat rentals, movie theater, tennis courts and restaurants. Northwood Golf Course is apx. one mile away. The Pacific Coast (Jenner) is within a 15 minute drive. Guerneville is 5 miles east. We are located within a short driving distance to many Sonoma County wineries. Quaint Occidental is 10 minutes away.
