Great property and comes as advertised. Stayed at this property for a couple months and it is a quiet community, very close to an LRT station (which I used a few times and is very convenient), and the house is stocked with little things to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. It is a newly built place and feels new and has a new house vibe.The two only downsides to the stay was that the breaker in the upstairs tripped twice during my stay and the electrical box is not located on site (it is in the basement to which you don't have access to) and I had to contact the owner to fix the problem. He was very accommodating in fixing the issue promptly. The only other issue is that the unit has a renter in the basement and is duplex style accommodation and there are renters in the basement and main level of the other half of the duplex. It always felt like there were a lot of people in and around the property so if you want privacy this might not be the place for you. Add to this that both the front and back yards do not have any privacy fencing, it felt like I was living with three other families while renting at this spot.That is about as fair of a review as I can give while being honest. The place is nice, the community quiet, the owner very accommodating but the space had a ton of people in and around it every day.
