## Dear Guests.. we strictly follow the CDC cleaning protocol, we will have a minimum 24- hour-72 hour Time after each guest check out.
Our cleaning professional procedure are very strictly follow the cleaning checklist based on the recommendations from the CDC on Each in N Out, we make sure to provide our guests with a comfortable ,clean and safe space to stay .

LAS VEGAS DOES NOT allow parties or events at vacation rentals. If you do, you will be subject to a $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.
- QUIET HOURS: 9pm-9am. No noise or hanging out in the backyard or frontyard between these hours. Keep all noise in the house to a minimum.
- BE MINDFUL of our neighbors and community.
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE (you can smoke at the backyard).
- NO PETS
- NO visitors allowed, only registered guests
- DO NOT wash any of our linens. You are allowed to wash your own clothes.
- DO NOT remove your makeup with our towels.
- DO NOT eat in the bedrooms.
- POOL CLEANING every Thursday between 9 am - 2 pm
- LANDSCAPING worker comes every Monday afternoon.
- DO NOT use white towels for the pool. Pool towels are located inside the closet.
- NO glass is allowed in the pool area.

- WARNING The depth of the pool in the diving board area is 8 feet.
- NO pets
- NO smoking (of any kind) is allowed in the house only in the backyard.
- DO NOT burn candles, incense, or any other open flame.
- DO NOT have more guests than stated in your reservation.
-NO visitors allowed.
- MUST SHOW government issued photo ID upon check-in.

If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it; fix it; if you move it, put it back; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you use it, take care of it. Basically, please take care of our home as you would your own home.

- Lost or damaged items (e.g., TV, Furniture, kitchen appliances, remote control, etc) will result in a charge .
- Unapproved Late Check Out: Every 30 mins following the standard check out time is $75.
- Tampering with, unplugging, or covering the surveillance systems, will result in a $100 fee and you will be immediately evicted from the premises with no refund.
- You as the guest shall indemnify and hold harmless the property host against any and all claims of personal injury or personal property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Also, expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the host may have does not cover your personal property.

- Your agreement to stay on the premises represents your agreement to these house rules.

I have the company Vivint that provides me with security services 24 hours 7 days a week recording.

plus motion detector in the living room area (No cameras inside the house ) and 4 additional cameras (Swan) 24/7 recording , located at the ends of the roof of the property for added security, but there are none inside the house.

The pool filter works with the Jacuzzi at the same time from 9:00 am to 4:55 pm to keep them clean. You can use the hot tub from 5 pm to 9 pm. But If you want to use the hot tub. at different times please notify me in advance to reschedule the automatic timer.
