Great house!

Stayed here for a bachelor party weekend, the house was in perfect condition, comfortable, and best part; close and easy to get to the main strip! All around excellent place. Host was very helpful and communicative for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Our stay

We had a girls weekend here, the place was clean and we had an amazing time with the pool and game room. If you plan on cooking there wasn’t any pots and pans so we had to buy things. They have a cookie sheet and all utensils

Amazing Vegas Experience

Our group of 12 had an amazing time at this property! The house layout was perfect for a group of this size. Proximity to the strip and golf courses in the area made it very easy to get Ubers. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to break away from the strip but still be close enough to take advantage of it. Guy was a very communicative host and made the whole process very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

First Time

This was our first trip to Vegas. The house was perfectly located for all the activities we wanted to do. The host made us feel very welcome. We spent most of our time on the patio and then playing pool. Such a great experience for my first trip. Will definitely be going back. Thank you again to the host

10/10 would book again!

Gathering for my 10 ur old daughters birthday party. We informed the owner that we would have additional guest stopping by, paid a small fee for extra guests, so there were no issues, and it was totally worth it. Kids aging from 2-14 had a blast in the back yard and game room. Room with 2 bunk beds slept her and her friends perfectly. The owner was very helpful and very good with communication. Always responded within a few minutes to half an hour. And the 11 am checkout time is 1 hour longer than any property or hotel in Vegas.

Vegas Maintenance

Property was clean indoors, though pool equipment was left around yard. Pool was dirty on arrival, but cleaned on request. Wasn’t useable regardless, not heated. Pool cues all broken, replaced on request with 1 day to go. Cleaners only left 3 towels to use, no bath mats, no hand towels left, all provided on request. TV’s and controllers had issues. Many kitchen cabinets broken. HVAC return vent cover fell open in hallway, revealing a filter that hadn’t been changed in a LONG time. Overall, it worked out for our team for our business trade show stay, and a good cost savings, but it was a lot of maintenance to stay there and attempt to enjoy what accessories, etc were advertised. Needs some maintenance to be a great rating.

!!BEWARE, UNREALISTIC PHOTOS AND NO REFUND POLICY!!

First and foremost, the parking rules were absurd (no parking in the driveway), as soon as we opened the door, it smelled very wet and humid inside the home (we had to drive to a store to buy air freshener to be able to stand the smell) Everything was completely dark (only light blocking curtains all throughout the home), and the TV’s didn’t work either. The carpet all throughout the house had stains and smelled bad. Very low ceilings and light fixtures (tall people have to bend over to walk around and not hit their head), the sofas in the living room were very small, fragile and cracked every time we sat down, in both showers there were multiple shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles open and used that were left out, the beds were VERY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE (no way they were memory foam), we found multiple dog feces outside, and the lounge chairs by the pool had stains on them. We only ended up staying one night out of four and had to drive another 6 hours back home. Super unfair and not worth it at all!

Great family getaway house!

My family and I truly enjoyed this place. It had everything for all ages (plus our dog:) ). Very spacious, plenty of bedrooms, and enough to entertain everyone that we didn't need to leave the house at all! Pool was fantastic and my kids enjoyed every part of the game room - they especially enjoyed the pool of course. Looking forward to using this house for our next staycation! Would recommend it for any group with kids and pets.

Very roomy

Plenty of room for a large group. We were just 4 so with extra to spare. Pool, game room... a great man cave type of getting together place. Great place to stay if walking to a casino is not your main thing this time; yet Vegas is small so anywhere is really within 15 mins anyway. Very close to the airport but the noise is acceptable. Peace and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is large and updated. Simple and easy stay.
