The Space:
Step into this stylish city retreat and feel the excitement of Adelaide's vibrant heart. It's the ideal place for friends, families, or business travellers to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city.
Ideally suited for 4-5 guests, this apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable Queen and Double beds, and quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment also includes a third bedroom, which doubles as a study. It’s been recently enclosed by sliding doors making it ideal for children or an additional guest.
The standard bed setup includes a single bed in the smallest bedroom; however, we have an additional pull-out single bed available for an extra fee. This is perfect for kids or anyone needing an extra spot to sleep, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. It is not strictly a floor bed, but it is slightly lower to the ground than a standard single bed, and the single that sits above it is slightly higher..
For added convenience, the apartment has two full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom for privacy, while the main bathroom features a shower over a bathtub, providing space for everyone to freshen up and unwind.
As you settle in, you’ll be greeted by beautiful parkland views from the apartment’s living and main bedroom windows, making it feel more like a quiet retreat than a bustling city spot. There’s also a private balcony, a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a cup of tea while taking in the peaceful views of the park.
The open-plan living and dining area invites you to gather with loved ones, whether you're enjoying a home-cooked meal from the fully equipped kitchen, settling down for a movie on the Smart TV, or simply sharing a glass of wine and a laugh.
Feeling active? We’ve got you covered. Grab the tennis racquets and ball and head outside to the private communal tennis court for a friendly match. Or fire up the BBQ and relax in the communal outdoor area, soaking in the city vibes with a side of grilled goodness.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the apartment and an underground car park. The building is easily accessible with a lift, taking you from the car park straight up to your apartment for a hassle-free experience.
Check-in is made simple with a self check-in process via coded lock box.
There is private communal tennis courts and BBQ area in the middle of the apartment block. During your stay, you're welcome to use the tennis courts whenever they're available. However, please note that resident bookings take precedence over walk-ins. Please note the BBQ's are coin operated for a couple of dollars per 25 mins only.

Want to enjoy some outdoor activities? You’ll be surrounded by parks and green spaces, including the Adelaide Park Lands, perfect for a picnic, walk, or jog. The iconic Adelaide Botanic Garden is also just a short drive or tram ride away.
Getting Around:
Getting around the city is a breeze from Hurtle Views. Located within walking distance of everything the city has to offer, you’ll have easy access to public transport, including buses and trams. The tram stop is just a few minutes away, connecting you to the Adelaide Oval and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, while the Central Bus Station and Adelaide Railway Station are nearby for trips outside the city.
Need to drive? You’ll have the luxury of secure underground parking for one vehicle, and there are also plenty of street parking options nearby if you need extra space.
For those heading to the airport, a short 20-minute drive will have you there in no time. Whether you’re coming or going, Hurtle Views ensures you have all the city’s major transport links right at your doorstep.

For a secure and seamless stay, all guests are required to complete a short verification process after booking. In addition to your Airbnb profile verification, we kindly ask guests to:

Great apartment, well equipped, good beds and pillows. Good communication and management for early check in (fee charged)Only negative is it is physically impossible to set up the provided trundle bed in the room it is in, there is simply not the space. we had to put it in the living room for our 4th guest.

The property was well presented, clean, light and good location.Unfortunately, I arrived back late on second night with the second set of keys and unwell but the key I had was bent and I couldn't access the property.The host could not assist as a spare key was located 5 kms away. They were unable to text details of that location. I was not confident to head off relying only on memory. I waited in the car for other members of my family to return some hours later.Also, the bed configuration was not as booked and so we were unable to house our party of 5 without sharing a double bed which didn't suit our particular group so one person stayed elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback Robyn, we’re glad to hear you found the property clean, well presented and in a great location.
We understand one of the keys became bent and difficult to use during your stay, however a second key was available and functioning. A backup key is also available if needed, though due to the apartment building setup this must be stored off-site. We understand this was inconvenient, however this is the only available option and is rarely required, as two keys are provided for guest use.
The backup key location has since been updated and is now closer to the property, within approximately a 10-minute walk or a few mins drive.
Regarding the bedding, we’re not sure why there was any confusion, as the configuration provided matches exactly what is advertised, described and shown in the listing photos.
We appreciate you raising these points and have reviewed them internally.
