Very nice and quiet community. Condo was just what we needed. Little screened in patio was awesome. Clean upon arrival. Kitchen well stocked. Only issues were the couch was a little worn out and a few stains on the kitchen chairs. Overall a nice break

The condo was clean and as listed, and well equipped, the location was great within an easy drive of everything that Sunset Beach and Calabash has to offer. The condo could use a little bit of maintenance to fix blown bulbs an loose towel rails and toilet roll holders.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo is well-stocked, very clean, and updated. There are also thoughtful touches throughout, like extra body wash in the shower and paper towels in the kitchen when you arrive. The hosts are very responsive and caring for any questions you may have. We stayed for our 30th anniversary and spent a week on the beach, fishing at Ocean Isle, my husband golfed at the course within the property, and and we enjoyed all the restaurants in Calabash and Myrtle Beach. Great place to stay and easy access to everything!

Nice condo. Should have disclosed the beds are ALL super firm. Did not sleep at all. Left after the first night due to terrible beds. I emailed owner with the situation- no response. Moved to another rental after only 20 hours. If you don’t mind sleeping on boards, this is the place for you!

Everything was amazing and very peaceful. Only down fall is we had to battle the infestation of ants. We couldn’t even cook food but once. It’s unfortunate because we went grocery shopping and planned our meals and couldn’t enjoy them. Besides that we loved the place, and the area.

Please know that we’ve taken steps to address the issue with professional pest control to prevent future occurrences.Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we’re grateful you still enjoyed the condo and surroundings. Clean and cozy condo a few feet away from the pool!

This was one of the most affordable condo rentals we could find for our vacation near Sunset Beach, and it did not disappoint. It was very clean and comfortable. The closest apartment to the community pool that was open from 9am to 9pm. About 12 minutes drive to Sunset Beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen to prep meals, comfortable beds, and a screened back porch facing the lake, although they decided to plant a big bush right in the middle, hiding most of the view (not sure why). The owners at this time are NOT asking for a damage security deposit(refundable) that some other rentals do, (eg $1,500 or $3,000 for a 4 day stay!) which was a major reason for us to rent it. Obviously we were thankful for that, and left the property as clean as we found it. Thanks again for the hospitality and we hope to visit again!

No A/C. No refund for the miserable night we had to stay. Nasty towels. Sweat stained bed pillows. No top sheets on twin beds. And...BED BUG BITES!
