The key pad does not have any issue at all may be she ddnt know how to unlock the door with the code provided and the instruction was clearly stated because this is my first time of getting this complain from a guest. I am not responsible to whats happening in others neighbours surrounding but I will talk to them to clean it up their environment because I use to make my own surroundings extremely neat for my guest to have a hitch free access. I have taken note of the slab and will do the needful. I have a central heating system that's alway ON according to the temperature and besides there's an extra heater available in all the rooms and a fireplace in the living room with the remote available for guest usage unless if the guest don't know how to set it according to his or her desire then he or she should call for my attention for assistance. I'm sorry for whatever and promise to assist in any way possible to the satisfaction of my guest when needed. Human desires are diversed and can only assist when put on notice.
