CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:



Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in earlier than 3:00 pm for a $50 fee, and if available you can check out after 11:00 am for the same amount.



SMOKING:



To keep Rosemont fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $300 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.



DOGS CONSIDERED WITH FEE:



This is a dog friendly property, however, please notify us if your dog accompanies you and the following additional charges will apply. A $30 per day/fee will be charged for your pet(s) and a $250 refundable pet deposit is required. Two (2) dogs maximum. No drooling or excessive shedding breeds, please. Weight limit 45 pounds. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet. Leashes required. Pets are welcome but please do not allow them on the beds or furniture.



ESA Animals are not exempt from Pet Fees. Service Animals are exempt.
