Just two small steps and you’ll enter a spacious living room, with beautiful Aspen covered walls and hardwood floors, creating a rustic cabin feel in a very well equipped home. You’ll enjoy relaxing in the living room with a comfortable reclining couch, loveseat, and chair while streaming movies on Netflix or admiring the picturesque mountain views from the large living room window.

In the kitchen you will discover all the creature comforts of your own home. With stainless steel cookware, ample utensils, a blender, a kitchen aide mixer and more you’ll find nothing lacking while whipping up your favorite meals. Care to dine al fresco? On the back patio is a propane grill and a large table with chairs and an umbrella.

On one end of the house, you will find a large game room with a pool table! The two full size beds and a full bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower make this a great space.
On the opposite side of the home there is a guest bedroom with a walk-in closet and large window. While soaking in the mountain views from this room don't be surprised if you get a close up view of deer that often wander through the yard.
In the hallway passing the full guest bathroom with skylight on your right and a laundry room with sink on your left you’ll enter the Master suite; an expansive room with a King size bed, bench, and reading chair. Plenty of windows on two of the four walls let in rays of natural light and with all the blinds open you almost feel as if you are living in the natural vegetation covering the .6 acre property. In the Master suite there is a large walk-in closet and past that a full bathroom.

Guest access
The garage, closet in the game room and hall closet are off limits to guests.

Our beautiful property is cooled primarily through a swamp cooler. Please review the guestbook for more information and instructions on how to use a swamp cooler and tips on how to maintain a cool house.
For your convenience, we are also providing a mobile AC unit to be used as needed.

For cooler weather, the house is heated by water running through baseboard heaters.
