Our stay here was great. The house was clean and in a great location. Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles, but wasn’t an issue.

The house had a few rugs but no carpet so very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We walked a few minutes to the beach on a designated path that a neighbor showed us and that worked out great. Toys and a beach wagon are available for use to take to the beach and it saved the day. The location of the house is centrally located so easy to go to the Pier, restaurants and not too close to the tourist areas to be noisy. The house is on the main road but it did not seem to bother us as the noise minimal. A ping pong table is available to use and the parking spaces under the house were tight but not an issue. We enjoyed our stay.

Home was clean which is very important to us. Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and loved playing ping pong in the semi-outdoor game room.

The overall experience was great and the house was wonderful. From the comfort, ease to ealk to restaurants, to the full Island experience was well worth it all.

House was in a great location, had great access to the beach- 5 min walking distance. kitchen was fully stocked with every tool/small appliance imaginable. Bedrooms were all nice size, the down stairs bedroom could’ve used a small dresser. There were just enough towels, it would have been nice to have extra. Fan in the upstairs master was not working, and the upstairs became humid despite the air conditioning because of high humidity. We messaged Southern Belle, who sent a repair man- brought a fan and said it was a broken fan remote causing issue. promised to come back with new remote once they got approval from owner but never did and never contacted us. The box fan was way too noisy to run at night. Also the house was advertised w/ outdoor shower to help mitigate sand. Weren’t told it wasn’t working until after arrival. We had to rinse off in the showers, which tracked sand in the house, or by hose laying in weeds. House had a leak in the ceiling over the kitchen previously, was covered with a tarp- also not disclosed ahead of time. The house was also kind of dirty when we checked in. At check in cleaner was still there said they weren’t given enough time to clean. She was very nice. A lot of the comforters were stained and gross. The houses are stacked behind each other w/shared driveway so listing should have disclosed that. Parking was tight, could barely fit 2 small suvs. Listing should have disclosed previously damaged items or not listed at all. Not impressed.

Thank you for such a thorough review, and we're glad the location, beach access, and kitchen setup worked well for you. We're sorry for the list of issues you ran into during your stay — that's not the experience we want anyone to have. We did send someone out for the fan remote and dropped the ball on following up, which we should have handled better and faster. The stained comforters and the cleaning mix-up at check-in are being addressed with our housekeeping team directly. We hear you on the driveway setup and parking as well, and we'll be updating our details so future guests have a clearer picture before booking. We appreciate you laying all of this out for us — it genuinely helps us improve, and we're sorry it added up to a stay that didn't meet the mark.

The house was exactly as the description and pictures described. Very clean and well kept. It had all the basics: utensils, cookware, toaster, coffee pot and keurig , blender. The house was within a few minutes walking distance to the beach. It was also close to the grocery store, convenience store, and various other restaurants and shops. Even though it was on the main road, it wasn’t overly noisy. We also had an issue with the clothes dryer which Southern Belle promptly responded to. They also checked in to make sure there were no other issues. The pool was very nice as well. It was never overly crowded and had plenty of chairs, loungers, and umbrellas. They also had restrooms on site that were kept very clean. We would definitely book this house again!

Spring Break

Overall it was great. Close to shops and an easy bike ride or walk to the beach or pool. Pool was about a 3 minute drive away with limited parking. So, if you can't walk about .4 miles easily, be prepared to search for parking and pay. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen well stocked with appliances and all cooking needs. I wish there had been some beach towels or pool/beach toys to use as we didn't have room to pack a lot. Also, it says parking for 4 cars but beware. The parking under the house is very difficult to get into due to the super narrow gravel road that runs beside it. We attempted to park a sedan in there but after many attempts, gave up. Great for bike parking. It's also a bit noisy at times since it is right on the main road-super convenient to stores but some cars/people were loud along that side.

Great place. Right next to beach, pier and all of the good stuff. Check in was super easy and the person answering my text questions was always very timely, professional and pleasant. The beds might be the most comfortable pieces of furniture ever made. No complaints!
