Two Mermaids is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Mediterranean style luxury condo at the Brass Rail condo community on the south end of Tybee on the beach side of Butler Avenue. This adorable condo is full of beachy decor and local art; funky and fun!
Great beach/ocean view from your private balcony as well as seating on the balcony; the perfect spot for reading and relaxing! These condos are within very close walking distance to the beach, the Tybee Pier, shops, and restaurants! Bring your fur babies as Two Mermaids is pet-friendly! (pet fee will apply.)
Features include upgraded finishes and appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances. [NO ICEMAKER].
Enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests!
Electric grill. Washer & dryer. Whirlpool tub and separate shower in the Master bath. Amenities include two private pools, outdoor sauna, elevators, and community picnic area. The community pool hours are 10am – 10pm and the pool is open all year round.
NOTE: POOLS ARE NOT HEATED. ONLY THE HOT TUB IS HEATED.
Garage parking for two vehicles!

ALSO NOTE: THE PARKING GARAGE HAS A 7 FOOT CLEARANCE. OVERSIZED VEHICLES MAY NOT FIT. NO ADDITIONAL PARKING IS AVAILABLE.

It was a great property for a girls trip. We especially loved having the pool as it was very hot while we were there and it was nice to come from the beach to the pool. Location was great, walkable to many great restaurants and stores. Overall great stay!

Perfect location!

We had a marvelous stay at The Brass Rail through Mermaid Cottages! The condo was beautiful and had a well-stocked kitchen. The location was central with plenty of meal options close-by. If I had a question, I was able to text and immediately received a response. The property was impeccably clean and the check-out process was easy. We had two dedicated parking spaces, so never had to worry about parking. My family will definitely return!!

Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here. We were able to walk to restuarants for breakfast and dinner. Access to the beach was very easy. The condo was very clean and in good condition. We had some issues with the actual on site property management though. The parking garage flooded after a very heavy rain and it took a few hours to drain. When we went to dinner and came back we had to walk through ankel deep water to get to the stairs. The pool was very dirty. There were a lot of people using the pool-but there were some some disturbing hairballs and the water was very cloudy. On our second day there we were not willing to go into the pool because it did not seem safe to use. The staff at Mermaid Cottages were fantasic-great communication before, during and after our stay. We did not contact them about the issues with the flooding and the pool because we felt that was something the complex management team should have been monitoring.

Beautiful Place

Property and Condo were well kept. Condo was very spacious. Beach was a short distance. Loved the place. Pool was very small but ocean was close. Could not have asked for a better place.

Beautiful condo

Mermaid Cottages was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the beach and the beach decor. It was spotless and I would recommend it to anyone going to Tybee.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was great , clean & spacious , close to beach & had nice pool. Close to shopping & places to eat . Would def stay again . Only down was master needs a bigger TV & more towels . Overall a great vacation !!!!

Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

Whatt a great place!!!

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Tybee fun

Six women rented at the Mermaids. Had a wonderful time. So great to leave the car at underground parking at rental and take the very short walk to the beach. The condo was in very good shape. Very clean. Fit our needs very well!

Perfect location inTybee

Perfect location overlooking town, with beach access at the ideal point close to the pier, with a great pool to enjoy for the kids after a day at the beach; what more could you want? The outdoor shower was very much appreciated, as was the private elevator access and ample parking. Also appreciated was the open concept; the kitchen/dining/living space is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great restaurants within 1 block (highly recommend Raw Ingredients). Looking forward to another trip to Tybee!

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 younger children and had 2 adult kids visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for all of us. It is nice that the Master bedroom is down the hall from the others. Balcony with a view was perfect for early morning coffee and late night chats. The kitchen was well equipped to cook up some meals as well as the patio grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island.

From the hospitality of Tammy at Mermaid Cottages, from the moment we walked into the cottage until leaving. It was very clean, beautiful and quite close to anything you could ask for in Tybee. We will definitely be booking this same location again very soon.
