Both the veiw and the house were great. Very spacious for our family. Could have been a little cleaner, but overall a lovely place.

The house was immaculate and the beds were set up correctly (I’d asked for some single beds). The location was excellent, just a short walk to a safe and very quiet beach. It was like being at a resort!

The house and location was a perfect weeks holiday for 2 families to enjoy during the October school holidays. The house was perfectly set up to accommodate everyone. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches, fishing, snorkeling and sand dunes of the surrounding area, and will definitely be back again!

Nice house in a nice location

Overall nice house, modern style and fully equipped with what you need to enjoy your staying.In terms of cleaning it was not 100%.Also the carpets in bedrooms as well as the bed sheets and pillows very smelly!Everything else was great!Nice clean pool that is heated so very convenient for families with young kids!

Sea Essence on Kingsley had everything we needed and quite a few things we didn’t know we needed but appreciated! A perfect location with sea views a good number of bedrooms that accommodated the whole family for our Christmas-in-January holiday. The top range appliances in the expansive kitchen (and the large BBQ) made feeding everyone a breeze. The heated pool has glimpses of the sea - with people moving from one to the other throughout the day. All-in-all a fantastic holiday - we look forward to visiting again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing, super clean and so nice! The host are great and answer all questions in a timely manner. It's close enough to do all activities.

Great location and amazing home with stunning views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This three storey home was well designed to cater for our multi generational family holiday. Fantastic views, plenty of space and a shower/toilet on each level. The pool and pool area were well used with plenty of space again to accommodate everyone. Only one thing to be aware of if you have elderly family members staying with you is there are three flights of stairs to the bedrooms which are quiet steep.
