39 Ocean Breeze is a bright and open 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom dog-friendly Forest Beach villa located a block away from the Atlantic Ocean! Conveniently located in South Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island, guests are just a short bike ride away from the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza.
The main level of this Hilton Head vacation villa features an open floor plan, wood floors and new furnishings. The kitchen is outfitted to prepare meals for your family. There are three barstools at the kitchen bar, and there is a breakfast table that seats four located just off the kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a loveseat, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to the private deck overlooking the lush greenery of Ocean Breeze.
Up the stairs, you’ll find the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.
Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.
Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.
