This adorable, centrally located villa is the perfect getaway for couples or small families! As you enter the villa, you are greeted by all new flooring, in driftwood style planks and a beautiful kitchen updated with quartz countertops.
The open living and dining area is a great place for dining and socializing!

The villa is done in all coastal colors and décor, you will definitely know you are vacationing at the beach in this cozy villa! The living room has a sliding door that leads out to the patio for additional outdoor living space. The peaked ceilings with beautiful beams gives it even a more spacious feel! Located all on one level for ease and convenience, the 2 bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. The 2nd bathroom can be accessed through the hallway or the twin bedroom. The master suite has an updated bathroom and a sliding door that leads out to the patio.

There is a beautiful newly remodeled complex pool located just outside the sliding door to the right of the villa within a minute walk. The beach is located a short bike ride from the villa, beach access is located at the Dunes House and during peek season the Dunes Buggy transports guest within the plantation including the marina side located at Shelter Cove. There are miles of bike paths, lagoons, water activities, 3 golf courses, tennis courts, a general store and dining located within the plantation.
