Spread over two beautifully appointed floors, this cottage has everything you need for a memorable stay. With two queen beds and two sets of cozy bunk beds, Serenity comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The two pristine bathrooms feature stunning tile showers that bring a touch of luxury to your morning routine.
sorry we don't except pet's. we love our furry little friend but unfortunately we have a policy in place and can't have dogs or cats.

The cottage was beautiful, newly renovated and very clean. We had a great stay! There are also kayaks on site and a full kitchen that weren't mentioned in the listing.

We enjoyed our weekend overall and really appreciated the lakefront setting. The cottage was clean, spacious and well suited for our group. The kayaks provided were a great bonus, and the kids especially loved the proximity to Ski-Mazing water sports across the bay — they went tubing twice! Kawartha Dairy is also very close by, and being beside the boat launch may be a great advantage for guests bringing a boat.There were, however, several things we felt should be addressed. The cottage is attached to a store, which is not disclosed in the listing. We also felt there should be a deadbolt inside the cottage to secure the door leading to the store, as well as the outer door on the second floor.The property is directly beside the highway, which was more noticeable than expected. The exterior stairs to the second floor also did not feel safe. There is a note inside warning guests about them, but we feel they should be roped off rather than simply noted.A few smaller issues: the lighting in the large eating area is very dim, and some upstairs bedroom windows are missing screens. It was warm at night, but we couldn’t open those windows because of the missing screens.Overall, there are lots of positives, but we feel the safety and security concerns should be addressed and the listing should more clearly disclose the attached store and highway location.

One of the best features of this property is having everything you may need right at your doorstep. The home is conveniently connected to our on-site convenience store, where you can easily grab snacks, cold drinks, alcohol, ice, and everyday essentials without having to drive into town.

The property sits directly on the lake with beautiful waterfront views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Guests have access to their own private dock, so if you’re bringing a boat, Sea-Doo, jet ski, or other watercraft, you can dock it right at the property during your stay. We also have an on-site boat launch, making it easy to bring and launch your own watercraft.

And when you don’t feel like cooking, you won’t have to go far. Our popular Burger Shack is right on the property, serving delicious food along with Kawartha Dairy ice cream — perfect for enjoying a burger and a scoop of ice cream while taking in the beautiful waterfront atmosphere.

The lake is beautiful and clean, with incredible views and a peaceful setting that makes it perfect for boating, swimming, relaxing by the water, or simply enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the lake.
