These stunning three-storey gems located in the heart of Christchurch. This property combines two 3-storey homes within the same complex, offering a spacious 4-bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms layout perfect for groups and families.
Please note, these two adjacent townhouses are next to each other, giving you exclusive access to both for an expanded stay. One house will sleep a maximum of 6 and the other house will sleep a maximum of 4.
The kitchens are fully equipped, complemented by a charming dining area perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The bright and spacious living room offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, flowing effortlessly into a private, fully fenced balcony—ideal for outdoor relaxation. The living space also features a cozy sofa bed in one of the houses, available for an additional fee for linen.

For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer combination is provided during your stay. - One of the properties has a Sofa bed available in the living room.
➤ On the third floor, you'll find a dedicated study/office space, ideal for your professional needs, complete with a view of the Port Hills. Additionally, there's another fully tiled bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and heated towel rail, along with a separate toilet for added convenience. Enter the master bedroom, featuring a large King bed for the 1st townhouse, while the other townhouse boasts a generous Queen bed, both dressed in luxurious hotel-quality linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide essential cooking supplies like oil, salt, and pepper, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The washer/dryer combo is conveniently located in a cupboard within the kitchen, and laundry powder is provided.
Just a short walk to Riverside Market and The Terraces, you’ll have easy access to all the city’s attractions, right at your doorstep.

Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the properties. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building.
Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement
City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check-out time is 10 am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

This lovely property is well located for people exploring beautiful Christchurch with nearby Riverside markets, botanic gardens and city attractions. The nearby bus interchange is great for those without a car. Great facilities and amenitities in the units make it ideal for families or small groups. I had very efficient and responsive communication with the host from booking to our stay. I can not recommend this property highly enough, would definitely return. Thank you so much
