This 3 bedroom home offers stunning views, a tranquil atmosphere and a sense of calm. With native Tui and Kereru making their homes in the surrounding trees, you'll love the sense of space, being surrounded by nature and the view across the ocean towards Waiheke Island. Located just an 8 minute walk from Maraetai Beach, you'll find an outdoor shower at the top of the (fairly steep) driveway for rinsing off after a relaxing day by the sea. Pine Harbour is a short drive away, where you can catch a 35 minute ferry, to and from Auckland CBD 7 days a week.

On the ground level, you'll find the entrance foyer, a convenient separate toilet and there's space to easily park 3 cars outside the garage at the top of the (steep) driveway.

A walk up the stairway leads you to the main living area, a spacious and open design, with plenty of natural light and high ceilings, perfect for comfort and connection. This area includes a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with an island bench, and a TV corner equipped with a 70" screen. There are french doors that lead to the Eastern deck beside the kitchen, where the spa pool is convenienlty located to be able to keep an eye on the kids through the large kitchen windows. The light filled sunroom is an extension of this space with panoramic views and large sliding doors to the Western deck, where you'll find an outdoor dining table and a comfortable outdoor lounge suite. The third bedroom is also on this level, featuring a fold-down king single bed and kids’ bunk beds. If not all three single beds are required, the king single can be folded away to create additional space.

Up another 6 stairs takes you to the main sleeping quarters and bathrooms. The generously sized master bedroom opens through French doors onto the rear deck and also has a desk and monitor, for your dedicated workspace. This room includes an ensuite, plenty of wardrobe space and ample room for a porta cot, which we can set up upon request. The second bedroom on this floor features a queen bed, full wardrobe space and also opens onto the rear deck through French doors.

The main bathroom is on this level, with a full sized bath, a large shower and underfloor heating for added comfort. The laundry is discreetly tucked away and includes a Fisher & Paykel washing machine and separate dryer. The back door from this level leads to the rear deck and an elevated paved patio area, perfect for enjoying the surrounding scenery and perhaps enjoying a toasted marshmellow or two on the smokeless firepit.

Please note that the double garage will be locked and is not available for guest use. Additionally, there is an area at the back of the section that is off-limits and not safe for children to explore. We kindly ask that you remain on this side of the black trellis fencing.
