Enter the Unit from the elevator lobby to a foyer hallway. To the front of the unit you will find an open concept living room, Dining area and kitchen with center island. You can access the nice size front deck from both the living room and dining area. Enjoy a cool summer breeze while you look at the ocean and wildwood boardwalk amusement piers. The property is located in the middle of both major amusement piers. Leading down the hallway to the rear of the property you will find all four bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms attached, a hall bathroom and laundry room with private washer and dryer. There is access to a rear walkway at the rear of the property. There is a stairwell that can take you to the ground floor parking area as well as a stop at the pool deck.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
