Park your car and enjoy your vacation in our 2400 sqft. duplex house on a quiet avenue. Just 2 blocks to the beautiful Wildwood Crest beach and less than a mile to the famous boardwalk in Wildwood.
Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, bakery, deli, bike rentals, ice cream parlor, library, playground, basketball court and tennis court.
This luxurious home boasts an open floor plan on the 1st floor with two separate areas for entertaining and 4 spacious bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is also a large partially covered deck in the 30ft x 20ft fenced backyard.
THIS DUPLEX IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL BY FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND WILL NOT BE RENTED TO SINGLE ADULTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25. NO 'SENIOR WEEK' NOR 'PROM' RENTALS.
No smoking nor pets are allowed.

Family Vacation

We have stayed in this location fir 3 years running. Always a beautiful vacation site that is close to the beach but also playgrounds, the library, splash pad, etc. which is so nice with our two little kiddos and any kind of weather. We always have a wonderful vacation here!

We loved our stay again this year! Beautiful location close to the beach, play grounds, library, boardwalk and more to keep our littles and our family entertained. The house is beautiful and there's enough room for the whole family. We always enjoy this stay!

Loved our stay!

Very spacious, very well stocked, clean, excellent Crest location! 8 of my family members stayed the full week. We had my sons family of 6 over for supper one night and there was plenty of room for all 14 of us to eat comfortably!

Great location, convenient to everything especially the beach!. Our two young grandsons loved the beach/ocean and the home was very comfortable and inviting. Looking forward to next year already!

Loved our stay!

The location of this property is amazing! We were with family and two babies under 1. It was great to have the beach buggy and beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring ours. The patio was fantastic for after kid bedtime hangouts and the weather we had was perfect! Hoping to come back next year and make this an annual trip!

Fantastic family place

We loved our stay here. Everything was very convenient and thoughtful. Great location for young families. We had trouble with a door upstairs that we weren't able to resolve, but the homeowner was very responsive understanding and tried to offer a solution.

Post summer vacation

Our stay on Seaview was one of the best places we’ve stayed. Vicky and Brian were very responsive on the couple questions I sent to them. The house fit our needs perfectly and hopefully we will stay here again.

Beautiful home in Wildwood Crest

We spent the weekend at this beautiful home for our nieces wedding. With 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths there was plenty of room for our family to enjoy. The back deck was a great place to read and gather. We would recommend this home. Brian and Vicky were great to deal with.

Wonderful Family Home Located Near Everything

We used this property for an extended family vacation with 7 adults and 4 children. The location to the beach was perfect as was to all Wildwood as to offer. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we would need for a week vacation. The best part was all the beach stuff for us to use in the garage, mostly the beach cart and extra chairs and bikes! The outdoor space was perfect for winding down after a long day and the outdoor shower was great post beach. So much space for everyone, we would definitely stay here again for another week in Wildwood Crest!

Beautiful, clean, well appointed, great location

This is a beautiful property and was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with all manner of cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. Spacious for a group of 11 (8 adults, 3 kids). The owners were very communicative and responsive. YouTube TV for live television, as well as many other streaming options in all rooms and my nephews were thrilled there was an Xbox! Overall, wonderful stay! Would highly recommend

We love Wildwood Crest!

We've been coming to Wildwood Crest for approx. 24 years . The location and space of this home is wonderful, but compared to the other spacious, beautiful homes we've stayed in, this home needs some TLC. We won't go into detail, but based on our many positive experiences with other homes, this home should invest some time improving the home.

Perfect weekend stay

Our group was a family of 4, with 6 adults and 6 kids, and the house was the perfect accommodation. We received instructions to check in a few days before the check-in date. The house was clean and had pretty much everything that we needed, from kitchen utensils and dinnerware to bikes and a beach cart in the garage. We learned in advance that linens were available to use, but that they needed to be cleaned and folded after use, so some of us opted to bring our own. Do also bring your own hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash. The one thing I wish we had brought with us was an apple TV or Chromecast, but Comcast cable is available at the house. We had some great weather during our stay, and we were able to enjoy the nice-sized deck in the back. The house itself is just two to three blocks away from the beach and close to the boardwalk as well. Parking near the house is easy if you will have more than 2 cars. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with Brian and Vicky again!

Great Week at the beach

Home was perfect for our group. 3 kids, 2 adults. 2 other cousins came for a couple of nights. 2 1/2 baths. We were lucky enough to have master bedroom which has futon couch that my 5 year old slept in. Double shower with separate tub and private toilet room. Double sink vanities in both bathrooms. Teenagers stayed in room with 3 beds. Back deck was nice as was outdoor shower. The garage does house quite a bit of beach supplies but the many bicycles need tune ups so you might be better off renting or bringing your own. Other than that, beach buggy, chairs, umbrella - it was all very handy to have. Central air works perfectly. It was a hot week when we were there. Kitchen is nice and big. Washer and dryer was certainly appreciated. Overall it was probably the best beach house we've rented since we've been renting beach homes together as an extended family.

Nice House, Excellent Location

The house is a great place for large families or groups of people. Very convenient to the beach and well supplied with beach paraphernalia. Having beach umbrellas and a beach cart for our use was very much appreciated. House is convenient as well. The annoyance was not having linens supplied. Half our party flew in and could devote their luggage space to sheets and bath towels. Additionally, we did not find out these were not supplied until the place was fully paid for and beyond the time any cancellation would available. The owners did allow us to use some sheets they had which we were required to wash, dry and fold before leaving. We did that - it was inconvenient. A cleaning charge is applied to your bill, yet when we arrived there was still garbage in the kitchen. The previous tenants neglected to dispose of their last bag of garbage and there was a noticeable smell in the kitchen. I had to email the owners because I did not immediately find instructions on how to deal with trash and recyclables. I've done a few of these VRBOs and there usually is a loose leaf binder with useful instructions and visitor tips readily available - not here. There are pages taped to the refrigerator with some explanation about trash which I did not notice when first faced with what to do with someone else's smelly garbage. Lastly, the gas ran out on the gas grill five minutes into our attempt to grill. Bottom line this is a nice property, but I did not feel the owner was very interested that my stay was a happy one.

Beach Getaway for Whole Family

Great experience! Owner was very responsive with any questions or requests that we had during our stay. Very large rental property with all the amenities and features you would need. Good location. We will definitely rent this property again for future vacations.
